Photographs have advantages in that they can easily capture important subjects for instruction and be quickly taken and produced, especially with digital cameras. However, photographs also have limitations as individual photos are generally small and can fail to present scale, size, or perspective accurately. Providing a series of photos from different angles can help address these limitations and suggest motion, but care must be taken to avoid distortions and misinterpretations when photos are not part of a comprehensive series.

- 2. Multi- media It refers to the use of integrated format audio-video and animation applications to create a multi sensory teaching and learning situation. The approach is based on the premise that teaching and learning is more effective if more senses are involved. This lesson is focused on the use of power point in the production of sound slide.
- 3. Procedure in creating a power point presentation A. Story Boarding refers to the preparation of the audio visual plan to teacher chooses to use in presenting the lesson to the topic.
- 4. Tips on effective story boarding Know your target audience or clientele. Determine your learning objectives for better directions. Identify your content and do researches for a substantial presentation. Outline the text of your presentation and suggested visual . Write your narration and selected audio effects like music or any appropriate sound.
- 5. B. Using power point work on your different slides. Incorporate your plan in the production of each slide including the appropriate background, color and animation. You may use the automatic slide capability of the projector or the manual operation by clicking the mouse by every change of slides. Narration Visuals and Sounds must be congruent with each other
- 6. C. Preview your presentation Go over your creation for evaluation as to content and showmanship and aesthetics before finally presenting it to your target audience. Doing this will avoid mediocre performance and embarrassment Remember to save your presentation in your personal program folder.
- 7. D. Showcase showdown Now you are ready for the presentation of your multi media creation. Set up the projector and the screen for the show. Be prepared for a professional criticism to improve future performances.
