• Panel internal wiring verification and wiring of system cables from the cards to controller. Laying of heat
tracing cables according to the specifications.
• Organizing the Loop checking team, performing loop check from the field to instruments.
• Rectification of troubleshooting for material handling plant (SEIMENS S7 400PLC systems).
• Testing the HT Cables of armoured & unarmoured by using Insulation Tester (MOTWANE-IT 51).
• Hot Spot Testing the HT cables up to 33KV (To find out the underground cable cut place) by using of
TECHNO (Surge Generator, Reflect meter T-510).
