and urban areas but also in some country side were people are poor and
cannot go to cities. So far it is not aneasyjob but the Lord inthis village gave
us some people who are willing to hear the word of God like the people you
see inthe picture. It beganfrom a funeral service we held last year. After which
we followed up and now a regular meeting. We have at least 10 adults
attending withgreat interest tolearn the word of God. About 30 children being
feed and taught in this small village whom majority of their parents get their
income from farming. Bro. ArlonSangalang a faithful member of our church is
assignedin this area andleads the group. We praythat soonthere willbe giant
print Bibles and song books to be used in this outreach.

Prayerletter for the months of July-September 2016
Dear Brethren, I hope that allis finewith you and yours.I pray that theLordbless thechurch with strengthto rescuelost souls for Chri st. In theremaining
hours of our time, I trust thatthepeople ofGod thereare still busysending outthegospelofChrist inyour placeand“to the regions beyond” (2Cor. 10:16).
Our prayer letter comprised ofsome events happened in our church and outreach.
Publick Ministry and Tracts Distribution. “The Lord gave the word:
great was the company of those that published it. “ Psa.68:11. Here in
the Philippines everywhere there is an increasing need of publick
ministry . Religion and modernism are two great foe of the gospel
today. Most of the Filipinos here are taught to believe that they are
already Christians becausethey were baptized when they were infants.
In their belief as longas you are Catholic or Protestant and member of
Church of Christ(Iglesia ni Cristo) you are a Christian. This made them
difficultto win and invite in our services because they have their own
sense of spiritual security. Through street preaching and market
preachingwe expose the error of this teachingand tell them with love
the right way pointing them to what the Bible says. Most of the time
we are dealing with vendors, buyers, commuters, jeepney drivers,
motorcycle drivers, police and traffic aides, students and bystanders.
With few hours of preachingwith the aid of our PAsystem banners and
tracts we convey the message to the people. We always receive
negative feedbacks and oppositions from religious leaders. Moslems
when present stage their antagonism and even preach their false
doctrines while we do our publick ministry. Catholic priests already
announced to their parishionersaboutour activities and cautionstheir
people. As the years go by I observed the decliningacceptanceof our
tracts because of these pronouncements. Please pray for our need of
more tracts and Bibles to distribute.
Students are now hard to reach. They were being bombarded with
evolutionistic teachings in colleges. Modern technology made them
disinterested to any form of religious activities. As a consistent street
preacher I observed their blatantneglect of spiritual things of they are
drowned to video games and amusements.
In our part we enjoyed every bit of it and are willing to face the
challenges it brings. We thank the Lord for giving us the courage to
boldly proclaimto thousands the love of God and the great redeeming
power of Christ. We have different spots in our City during Friday,
Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. There are times that we visit
some city and towns. Our Bible students and some men and ladies of
the church take part of this significant ministry.
We thank some people who one way or another help us in our need of
gospel tracts and other materials for evangelism.Wepray thatthe Lord
blesses us more literatures to effectively reach more precious souls.
Events. Our 19th
year Church Anniversary

Our Church Youth Group. We try to teach our young people love Christian music and play different musical instruments. We
desire to have a little orchestra in our church. Almost 20 young people play guitar, harmonica, accordion, organ, flutes, violin,
and ukulele in every church service. During Saturdays they have their practice and recital every Sunday morning. One of our
graduates Brother Chester De Vera is presently the youth leader and music director of our church. I hope and pray for that
someday they will study in the Bible Institute and serve God in the mission fields. I believe by God’s grace they will be
instrumental in reaching the people of their generation.
