2. Judgemental
•Most of us are Judgemental be it in professional front and / or in
our personal front
•Based on one instance / incident or in a short conversation or
during a meeting we tend to judge a person and start branding him
/ her
•Result – We tend to hold on to that and start looking at the person
during every other meeting we have with the individual
3. Judgemental
•As we move up the ladder or grow in age and experience it is very
important for us to move away from being judgmental
•It takes a great deal of change from our own self to move away
from being judgemental
•Most of us have been on both the sides – being judgemental and
suffered because of us being subject to judgement
4. Judgemental
•Important quality that we need to develop as we grow is to base
the decisions more on facts and giving lesser importance to our
judgement / perceptions
•Our Judgment if based on one instance could adversely impact an
individual or set of individuals growth
•Going by perception also could have an adverse impact
•An individual would have reacted in a particular situation (due to
the situation at that point of time) which may have not gone well
with us
5. Judgemental
•Branding a person based on one such instance could have an
adverse impact on him
•Based on the body language of a person or if an individual is not
too vocal during meeting, we tend to think that people are
“contended” with the growth they have achieved or has become
lethargic, while in reality it may not be true at all
•“Benefit of Doubt” should be given to every individual
•“Live and Let Live” is the key
