Career Overview:
At Southwest General Health Center, the primary role as Senior Ambulatory Care System Analyst included oversight of Cerner
Ambulatory Care solution implementation for Physician group within the health system. Key accomplishments at Cerner
Corporation include the build and design of a high level list of solutions, code levels, tools which include, but are not limited to,
RadNet, RadNet Mammography, ESM Scheduling, Clinical Reporting, Charge Services, RRD, Discern Analytics and Orders.
Nationwide Children’s Hospital – Columbus, Ohio
12/2015 – Present
 Cerner RadNet Support and Build Analyst _______ 12/2015 – present
o Provide daily RadNet support for NCH Radiology IS staff and radiology end users; including the main hospital facility, and
12 remote facilities.
o Monitor Service Desk queue for radiology-related incidents and change requests. Responsible for investigating,
troubleshooting, and identifying resolution for reported radiology incidents, and completion of radiology change requests.
o Running and delivery of standard scheduled reports, creation and delivery of ad hoc report requests via Discern Analytics,
Report Search, Visual Explorer, and CCL for custom reports when needed.
o Complete build and maintenance tasks in Cerner Millennium as assigned by the NCH Radiology IS team. Includes, but is
not limited to: build of new orders and locations, changes to existing orders, locations, and charge build. Perform other
standard daily maintenance tasks including provider updates, patient merges, making updates to Clinical Reporting
distributions with new NCH providers, troubleshooting and resolution of errored faxes.
o Serve in an active role for the gathering of data and testing for upcoming history load. Served in an advisory capacity for
history load options and testing, etc.
o Develop requested deliverables including weekly status reports detailing activities and tasks for the week.
Lafayette General Health – Lafayette, Louisiana
8/2015 – 12/2015
 Cerner RadNet Support and Build Analyst _______ 8/2015 – present
o Provide daily RadNet support for LGH Radiology IS staff and radiology end users; including 9 facilities, 11 departments.
o Monitor Service Desk queue for radiology-related incidents and change requests. Responsible for investigating,
troubleshooting, and identifying resolution for reported radiology incidents, and completion of radiology change requests.
o Work with the LGH Radiology IS team and end users to gather additional information on reported issues, and provided
instruction for proper workflow processes as needed.
o Complete build and maintenance tasks in Cerner Millennium as assigned by the LGH Radiology IS team. Provided
supplemental training to the LGH Radiology IS staff regarding build and maintenance tasks, and the running and exporting
of build audit reports.
o Develop requested deliverables including weekly status reports detailing activities and tasks for the week.
Southwest General Health Center – Middleburg Heights, Ohio 4/2013 – 11/2014
 Senior Ambulatory Care System Analyst 4/2013 – present
o Managed project for implementation of Cerner Ambulatory Care EMR for physician group; including 15 offices, 7
Specialties and 26 providers.
o Collaborated with physician group by providing EMR support, training and tracking of the fulfillment of Stage 1 Meaningful
Use measures in Allscripts EMR system.
o Successfully completed the Ambulatory Build & Maintenance Training course conducted by Cerner Solution expert.
o Completed build for the following pieces of the Ambulatory Solution: Ambulatory Organizer, Inbox, Message Center,
Patient and Provider letters, MPages (MPage Views and ViewPoints), Orders, Order Entry Formats, Future Orders, Order
Sentences, Order Sets, Tasks, PowerForms (included new PowerForms as well as additions and/or modifications to
existing templates), Discrete Task Assay’s, Health Maintenance, Health

o Maintenance Invitations, and Meaningful Use reports based on requirement’s for EP’s for Stages 1 & 2.
o Served as key point person for the design decisions for the Ambulatory Solution during the project. This included
participation in, and in some cases the facilitation of, all design meetings and discussions for the Ambulatory project.
Worked with Cerner resources, IT staff, clinical staff, and subject matter experts for both the Ambulatory and other
effected applications to ensure the best possible outcome with respect to the Ambulatory Solution design. Responsible for
all design decisions being made on time, and that they were properly understood by the departments and personnel
involved.
o Worked with team of Subject Matter Experts, and other project resources, to coordinate the completion of data collection.
Responsible for timely completion of each assigned data collection workbook. In many instances, this included giving
proper guidance and instruction to the SME’s to ensure accurate and thorough completion of the required data.
o Created test scripts for the Ambulatory Solution which included both Unit and Integrated Testing events. Worked with
fellow IT staff to ensure content for Ambulatory sections had accounted for all Ambulatory steps and integration points with
applicable solutions and systems.
o Participated in the execution of test scripts for Unit and Integrated Testing events. Responsible for troubleshooting of
issues related to Ambulatory, and worked with Cerner resources as needed to ensure timely resolution.
o Developed training plans and assisted with the coordination and execution of user training events for the project.

o Ensured that the design of the solution and the associated processes are completed successfully, leveraging best
