Jimmy Padia, founder of JPC Technologies, leads the PMO team at JPC Technologies. Jimmy has worked

a graduate of IT leadership program of GE, IMLP. As an IMLP, Jimmy developed project leadership by

9) Billing and routing application for VoIP Switch (Enterprise app)
This web app was developed for a Calling card / VoIP company based in US. Client had a Asterisk based system
to process VoIP call. We developed bespoke web application that feeds key data to Asterisk system and
collects CDR (Call detail record) for billing purpose
- Vendor Management (Telecom carriers)
- Input rates for every carrier and every code
- Develop algorithm based on LCR (Least Cost routing) to select least cost for every code in world
- Customer management (Calling card users)
- Develop algorithm to automatically calculate sale price / minute for each telephone code in world based
on the costing data. (Example: Cost price + 2% or Cost price + 5% or Cost price + 2 cents)
- Retrieve CDR for billing the customer
- Quality management: Based on the CDR and various call parameters automatically update the Quality of
each network. Each customer has a minimum quality set and call will be routed to appropriate quality
network
- Maintain all the CDR as per US compliance policies. We dealt with 300+ Million records

10) Automate and Track Field agent Pick-up Process (Enterprise app)
We have developed a web and mobile application to automate and easily track the document collection and cash
pick-up process.
Mobile app:
All the field agents will use Android app, where in they will receive every day the pick-ups they have to perform.
For each pick up they will receive customer address, phone no. and list of documents to be picked-up.
- Ability to schedule and re-schedule pick-up with customer
- Mobile app will work in off-line mode and synchronize with server with network is available
Web app:
- Web portal can be used by back-office managers to track daily performance of Field agents (FE)
- track location of FE
- accurately track the status of each pick-up (including picked-up vs. pending documents)

1) Calwin PHASE II - https://www.mybenefitscalwin.org/
This project is for California Government and includes a complete portal for the people
of US (county-wise). The purpose of this portal is to serve the people with medical, food
and financial grant during natural calamities & Disasters.
• Requirement gathering to deployment
• We developed eNotice-portlet which provides opt-in/out capabilities to end user.
eNotices uses runtime SOAP webservice call. User can view/download eNotices in
PDF format.
