AUTO DIALERS
 An automatic dialer (also spelled auto dialer, auto-dialer, and auto dialer) is an
electronic device or software that automatically dials telephone numbers.
Once the call has been answered, the auto dialer either plays a recorded
message or connects the call to a live person. When an auto dialer plays a pre-
recorded message, it is often called voice broadcasting, or robocalling. Some
voice broadcasting messages ask the person who answers to press a button on
their phone keypad, such as in opinion polls in which recipients are asked to
press one digit if they support one side of an issue, or another digit if they
support the other side. This type of call is often called outbound interactive
voice response. When an auto dialer connects an answered call to a live agent,
it is often called a predictive dialer or power dialer. A predictive dialer uses
real-time analysis to determine the optimal time to dial more numbers,
whereas a power dialer simply dials a pre-set number of lines when an agent
finishes the previous call.

INTERACTIVEVOICE RESPONSE (IVR)
 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is an automated phone system technology
that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system
of prerecorded messages without having to speak to an agent, as well as to
utilize menu options via touch tone keypad selection or speech recognition to
have their call routed to specific departments or specialists. A well designed
IVR software system can help increase customer satisfaction and improve
contact center operations and KPIs. Particularly during times of high call
volume, an effective interactive voice response system can help avoid hold
time by helping customers find answers and perform simple tasks themselves.
In cases where a customer needs or requests to speak with a person, IVR
technology can help route calls quickly and seamlessly to the best call center
agent to address their inquiry.

CHATBOTS
 A chatbot is a software application used to conduct an on-line chat conversation via text or
text-to-speech, in lieu of providing direct contact with a live human agent.[1] A chatbot is a
type of software that can automate conversations and interact with people through
messaging platforms. Designed to convincingly simulate the way a human would behave
as a conversational partner, chatbot systems typically require continuous tuning and
testing, and many in production remain unable to adequately converse or pass the
industry standard Turing test. The term "ChatterBot" was originally coined by Michael
Mauldin (creator of the first Verbot) in 1994 to describe these conversational programs.
Chatbots are used in dialog systems for various purposes including customer service,
request routing, or information gathering. While some chatbot applications use extensive
word-classification processes, natural language processors, and sophisticated AI, others
simply scan for general keywords and generate responses using common phrases obtained
from an associated library or database. Most chatbots are accessed on-line via website
popups or through virtual assistants. They can be classified into usage categories that
include: commerce (e-commerce via chat), education, entertainment, finance, health,
news, and productivity.

E-MAIL
 Email marketing software is service-based software that marketers use for
email marketing. This software can be used for a variety of different purposes,
from growing a list of email subscribers, to designing and building customized
email templates, to creating segmented lists for more targeted, relevant
emails to be sent. With a variety of services, resources, and tools, the software
allows marketers to do much more than simply send emails. With so many
different options for email marketing software today, it can be challenging to
narrow your options. Before you pick the best email marketing software, you
need to understand how the right ESP can meet your business needs. Email
software is also the vehicle for all of your email marketing campaigns, which
can help generate leads and drive more business to your company. Email
marketing tactics such as customer targeting and calls to action can help gain
more subscribers and translate to a higher ROI.
 Examples:
 MailChimp, Campaignr, Constant Contact

TEXTING (SMS)
 SMS marketing software, also known as business text messaging software, enables
companies to plan and implement marketing campaigns that target mobile devices via
SMS (Short Message Service). This type of software helps businesses increase brand loyalty
and engagement by delivering timely, personalized messages to customers’ mobile
devices. Marketing teams target prospective customers using permission-based subscribe
links within campaign messages and implement digital promotions using MMS
(Multimedia Messaging Service), polls, coupons, surveys, and more. With bulk messaging,
users can send numerous promotional text messages with one click, enabling businesses to
gain a large number of new subscribers quickly and easily. Sales and customer service
teams can leverage SMS communication to engage in two-way text messaging with
prospects and customers. Most SMS marketing products integrate with other business
applications through an API, but some are included as a feature of marketing automation
software or email marketing software. Businesses that are looking to harness additional
capabilities for targeting mobile devices may use push notification software or mobile
marketing software. There is generally a 160 character limit per SMS text. This is not the
same as MMS (multimedia messaging service).

SALES/COMMISSION PROGRAMS
 Commission Management Software keep track of all what Sales teams
need with interactive dashboards and all in one platform with real-time
information and simplified reports management, detailed reporting
and analytics. Sales commission software is a tool that automates the
calculation of commission to ensure timely and accurate commission
payments to sales reps. It calculates commissions based on the
preferred commission plan (flat rate, tiered, or split) and other criteria
such as the sales quota and frequency of payment.

AFFILIATE MARKETING PROGRAMS
 Affiliate Tracking Software is used to track the referral, endorsement or
recommendation made by one person or company to buy products or services
from another person or company. Tracking is necessary to manage and reward
or compensate the participants of an affiliate marketing group of participants
or affiliate networks. The original concept comes from Affinity marketing. The
participants that agree to promote or be promoted are called "affiliates".
Those that promote and recommend are called "marketers" and the ones that
have the products or services that are promoted are called "advertisers". The
affiliate tracking software can be self-hosted or operate in a cloud. Regardless
of that, trackers record page views and clicks of advertising material (banners,
clicks, etc.), while also recording conversions, i.e. events that are deemed
valuable by the marketers.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
MANAGEMENT (CRM)
 Customer relationship management (CRM) is a process in which a
business or other organization administers its interactions with
customers, typically using data analysis to study large amounts of
information. CRM systems compile data from a range of different
communication channels, including a company's website, telephone,
email, live chat, marketing materials and more recently, social media.
They allow businesses to learn more about their target audiences and
how to best cater for their needs, thus retaining customers and driving
sales growth. CRM may be used with past, present or potential
customers
 Examples:
 Salesforce, Zoho, SmartAdvocate, Filevine

CALL CENTER SOFTWARE
 Call center software automates the flow of incoming and outgoing calls.
It is a system that allows businesses to manage multiple
communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, instant
messaging, SMS text, and social media. It can be used as a part of a
customer support or help desk software with a ticketing feature to help
agents respond to customer queries and resolve issues. Modern
businesses are faced with numerous sources and types of
communication which they can utilize to their advantage. A set of
technology they can use to harness today’s multiple communication
channels is call center software.
 Examples:
 Zendesk, Five9,Talkdesk

VOIP – ETHERNET/WI-FI
 VoIP is the technology that converts your voice into a digital signal,
allowing you to make a call directly from a computer, a VoIP phone, or
other data-driven devices. Simply put, it's phone service delivered over
the internet. Considerations include whether our business connection is
Wi-Fi or ethernet. If using a desktop application in the business setting,
using an ethernet connection, particularly for telephony applications,
works best.
 Examples:
 Skype, WhatsApp,Vonage

PBX (VIRTUAL / ON PREMISE)
 PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, which is a private telephone
network used within a company or organization. The users of the PBX
phone system can communicate internally (within their company) and
externally (with the outside world), using different communication
channels like Voice over IP, ISDN or analog. On premise options – Avaya,
Cisco. Depending on business needs, the PBX solution can be virtual
(online) or on-premise (in a physical location, i.e. server).

MARKETING AUTOMATION SOFTWARE
 Marketing automation is technology that manages marketing
processes and multifunctional campaigns, across multiple channels,
automatically. With marketing automation, businesses can target
customers with automated messages across email, web, social, and
text.
 Examples:
 HubSpot, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign

INFO SITES /SOCIAL INFO SITES AND
SOFTWARE PROGRAMS
 Informational websites are those sites which are created in order to
provide a customized and branded resource for potential and active
customers, members, investors and so forth. These websites are usually
content and design driven. A great informational website can act as an
excellent sales tool for your company. A social info site program, like
Kennected, is a piece of software that integrates with a social media
platform to obtain valuable information for contacts in your target
market automatically.

EMAIL PROCESSOR (PARSING SOFTWARE)
 An email parser is a piece of software that allows you to extract data
from incoming emails. Email parsers can be configured to pull specific
data fields from incoming emails. By doing so they allow you to convert
an unstructured email into easy-to-handle structured data. Most email
parsers will let you parse data fields from the email body and email
headers. More advanced solutions can also parse data from email
attachments such as PDF, Word and Excel files.
 Examples:
 Mailparser.io, Email Parser by Zapier, Parseur

APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE
(API)
 API is the acronym for Application Programming Interface, which is a software intermediary that allows two
applications to talk to each other. Each time you use an app like Facebook, send an instant message, or check the
weather on your phone, you're using an API. An API is a way to programmatically interact with a separate software
component or resource. Unless you write every single line of code from scratch, you’re going to be interacting with
external software components, each with its own API. Even if you do write something entirely from scratch, a well-
designed software application will have internal APIs to help organize code and make components more reusable.
And there are numerous public APIs that allow you to tap into functionality developed elsewhere over the web.
 Types of API:
 Private APIs. These application software interfaces are designed for improving solutions and services within an
organization. In-house developers or contractors may use these APIs to integrate a company’s IT systems or
applications, build new systems or customer-facing apps leveraging existing systems.
 Partner APIs. Partner APIs are openly promoted but shared with business partners who have signed an
agreement with the publisher. The common use case for partner APIs is software integration between two
parties. A company that grants partners with access to data or capability benefits from extra revenue streams.
 Public APIs. Also known as developer-facing or external, these APIs are available for any third-party developers.
A public API program allows for increasing brand awareness and receiving an additional source of income when
properly executed. There are two types of public APIs – open (free of charge) and commercial ones.

CUSTOM/BESPOKE SOFTWARE
 Custom software development is the designing of software applications
for a specific user or group of users within an organization. Such
software is designed to specifically address these users' needs better
than more traditional and widespread off-the-shelf software can.
 Examples:
 Company-facing / Customer-facing web portals. E-commerce software
solutions. Bug tracking software.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
 Document management, often referred to as Document Management
Systems (DMS), is the use of a computer system and software to store,
manage and track electronic documents and electronic images of
paper-based information captured through the use of a document
scanner. Oftentimes, document management systems allow users to
enter metadata and tags that can be used to organize all stored files.
 Examples:
 Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint

INSTANT MESSAGING SOFTWARE
 Messaging software provides a convenient, flexible and structured way to
build communication into software applications. Instant Messaging enables
secure, real-time communication and collaboration, combining presence
awareness with instant messaging capabilities such as chat, conferences,
alerts, news, polls, and file transfers to create a rich collaborative
environment. Instant messaging technology is a type of online chat that offers
real-time text transmission over the Internet. Short messages are typically
transmitted between two parties, when each user chooses to complete a
thought and select "send". Some IM applications can use push technology to
provide real-time text, which transmits messages character by character, as
they are composed. More advanced instant messaging can add file transfer,
clickable hyperlinks,Voice over IP, or video chat.
 Examples:
 Microsoft Teams, Zoho Cliq, Skype

UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS (UCC)
 Unified communications (UC) is a business and marketing concept describing the
integration of enterprise communication services such as instant messaging (chat),
presence information, voice (including IP telephony), mobility features (including
extension mobility and single number reach), audio, web & video conferencing, fixed-
mobile convergence (FMC), desktop sharing, data sharing (including web connected
electronic interactive whiteboards), call control and speech recognition with non-real-
time communication services such as unified messaging (integrated voicemail, e-mail,
SMS and fax). UC is not necessarily a single product, but a set of products that
provides a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple
devices and media types. In its broadest sense, the UC can encompass all forms of
communications that are exchanged via a network to include other forms of
communications such as Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and digital signage
Communications as they become an integrated part of the network communications
deployment and may be directed as one-to-one communications or broadcast
communications from one to many.

VOICEMAIL DROP
 Ringless voicemail, also called a voicemail drop, is just what it sounds
like: it allows you to “drop” a voicemail message into someone's phone,
without their phone actually ringing. It is a method in which a pre-
recorded audio message is placed in a voicemail inbox without the
associated telephone ringing first. There are two methods of ringless
voicemail delivery: First, true ringless technology connects directly with
mobile phone voicemail systems via a server-to-server connection while
the second method involves pinging a mobile phone via two
simultaneous calls placed in which one of the calls is routed to the
voicemail box.
 Examples:
 SlyDial, Drop Cowboy, RingDNA,VoiceLogic

ALL-IN-ONE BUSINESS SOFTWARE
(COMBO)
 All in one software is software that combines all the necessary business
functions in one platform. When you have multiple programs from
different software vendors, employees often end up entering the same
data in different systems. For instance, you may have to enter the same
customer information into your CRM and also into your accounting
system. That’s wasted effort. You pay for it in higher labor costs, not to
mention lost productivity. A single integrated platform eliminates this
wasteful duplicated activity.
 Examples:
 Zoho One, Google GSuite, Microsoft Enterprise, All-in-One
© Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 25
FINANCE SOFTWARE
 Financial software or financial system software is special application
software that records all the financial activity within a business
organization. Basic features of this system not only includes all the
modules of accounting software like accounts payable, accounts
receivable, ledger, reporting modules and payroll but also to explore
alternative investment choices and calculate statistical relationships.
Features of the system may vary depending on what type of business it
is being used for. Primarily, the goal of the financial software is to
record, categorize, analyze, compile, interpret and then present an
accurate and updated financial dates for every transaction of the
business.
 Examples:
 QuickBooks, Zoho Finance Plus, Oracle Financials Cloud
© Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 26
E-DISCOVERY SOFTWARE
 eDiscovery software allows legal professionals to process, review, tag,
and produce electronic documents as part of a lawsuit or investigation.
The right software can help attorneys discover valuable information
regarding a matter while reducing costs, speeding up resolutions, and
mitigating risks.
 Examples:
 Everlaw, Lexis Nexis, Logikcull

WHAT ISTHE CLUBHOUSE APP?
This new platform lets people
chat in real time, share stories,
collaborate, and bounce ideas
off each other using their voice
without the need for a lot of
other equipment.
But what really sets Clubhouse
apart is the exclusivity. While
we tend to measure a social
media platform’s success
through the number of active
members logging in and using
that platform every day,
Clubhouse has been seeing
success as Silicon Valley’s social
hot spot. The limitations on
invitations have only fueled its
appeal among entrepreneurs
and business elites.

  • 3. AUTO DIALERS  An automatic dialer (also spelled auto dialer, auto-dialer, and auto dialer) is an electronic device or software that automatically dials telephone numbers. Once the call has been answered, the auto dialer either plays a recorded message or connects the call to a live person. When an auto dialer plays a pre- recorded message, it is often called voice broadcasting, or robocalling. Some voice broadcasting messages ask the person who answers to press a button on their phone keypad, such as in opinion polls in which recipients are asked to press one digit if they support one side of an issue, or another digit if they support the other side. This type of call is often called outbound interactive voice response. When an auto dialer connects an answered call to a live agent, it is often called a predictive dialer or power dialer. A predictive dialer uses real-time analysis to determine the optimal time to dial more numbers, whereas a power dialer simply dials a pre-set number of lines when an agent finishes the previous call.  Examples:  RingCentral, PhoneBurner, Five9 © Persist Group. • 4. INTERACTIVEVOICE RESPONSE (IVR)  Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is an automated phone system technology that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system of prerecorded messages without having to speak to an agent, as well as to utilize menu options via touch tone keypad selection or speech recognition to have their call routed to specific departments or specialists. A well designed IVR software system can help increase customer satisfaction and improve contact center operations and KPIs. Particularly during times of high call volume, an effective interactive voice response system can help avoid hold time by helping customers find answers and perform simple tasks themselves. In cases where a customer needs or requests to speak with a person, IVR technology can help route calls quickly and seamlessly to the best call center agent to address their inquiry.  Examples:  Virtual Contact Center by 8x8,Talkdesk, Dialpad © Persist Group. • 5. CHATBOTS  A chatbot is a software application used to conduct an on-line chat conversation via text or text-to-speech, in lieu of providing direct contact with a live human agent.[1] A chatbot is a type of software that can automate conversations and interact with people through messaging platforms. Designed to convincingly simulate the way a human would behave as a conversational partner, chatbot systems typically require continuous tuning and testing, and many in production remain unable to adequately converse or pass the industry standard Turing test. The term "ChatterBot" was originally coined by Michael Mauldin (creator of the first Verbot) in 1994 to describe these conversational programs. Chatbots are used in dialog systems for various purposes including customer service, request routing, or information gathering. While some chatbot applications use extensive word-classification processes, natural language processors, and sophisticated AI, others simply scan for general keywords and generate responses using common phrases obtained from an associated library or database. Most chatbots are accessed on-line via website popups or through virtual assistants. They can be classified into usage categories that include: commerce (e-commerce via chat), education, entertainment, finance, health, news, and productivity.  Examples:  Intakr, ChatterOn.io, Mobile Monkey © Persist Group. • 6. E-MAIL  Email marketing software is service-based software that marketers use for email marketing. This software can be used for a variety of different purposes, from growing a list of email subscribers, to designing and building customized email templates, to creating segmented lists for more targeted, relevant emails to be sent. With a variety of services, resources, and tools, the software allows marketers to do much more than simply send emails. With so many different options for email marketing software today, it can be challenging to narrow your options. Before you pick the best email marketing software, you need to understand how the right ESP can meet your business needs. Email software is also the vehicle for all of your email marketing campaigns, which can help generate leads and drive more business to your company. Email marketing tactics such as customer targeting and calls to action can help gain more subscribers and translate to a higher ROI.  Examples:  MailChimp, Campaignr, Constant Contact © Persist Group. • 7. TEXTING (SMS)  SMS marketing software, also known as business text messaging software, enables companies to plan and implement marketing campaigns that target mobile devices via SMS (Short Message Service). This type of software helps businesses increase brand loyalty and engagement by delivering timely, personalized messages to customers’ mobile devices. Marketing teams target prospective customers using permission-based subscribe links within campaign messages and implement digital promotions using MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), polls, coupons, surveys, and more. With bulk messaging, users can send numerous promotional text messages with one click, enabling businesses to gain a large number of new subscribers quickly and easily. Sales and customer service teams can leverage SMS communication to engage in two-way text messaging with prospects and customers. Most SMS marketing products integrate with other business applications through an API, but some are included as a feature of marketing automation software or email marketing software. Businesses that are looking to harness additional capabilities for targeting mobile devices may use push notification software or mobile marketing software. There is generally a 160 character limit per SMS text. This is not the same as MMS (multimedia messaging service).  Examples:  Twilio, Avochato, EZTexting © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 7
  • 8. SALES/COMMISSION PROGRAMS  Commission Management Software keep track of all what Sales teams need with interactive dashboards and all in one platform with real-time information and simplified reports management, detailed reporting and analytics. • 9. AFFILIATE MARKETING PROGRAMS  Affiliate Tracking Software is used to track the referral, endorsement or recommendation made by one person or company to buy products or services from another person or company. Tracking is necessary to manage and reward or compensate the participants of an affiliate marketing group of participants or affiliate networks. The original concept comes from Affinity marketing. The participants that agree to promote or be promoted are called "affiliates". Those that promote and recommend are called "marketers" and the ones that have the products or services that are promoted are called "advertisers". The affiliate tracking software can be self-hosted or operate in a cloud. Regardless of that, trackers record page views and clicks of advertising material (banners, clicks, etc.), while also recording conversions, i.e. events that are deemed valuable by the marketers.  Examples:  LeadDyno, Referral Rock Software, Everflow © Persist Group. • 10. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)  Customer relationship management (CRM) is a process in which a business or other organization administers its interactions with customers, typically using data analysis to study large amounts of information. CRM systems compile data from a range of different communication channels, including a company's website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials and more recently, social media. They allow businesses to learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater for their needs, thus retaining customers and driving sales growth. CRM may be used with past, present or potential customers  Examples:  Salesforce, Zoho, SmartAdvocate, Filevine © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 10

It can be used as a part of a customer support or help desk software with a ticketing feature to help agents respond to customer queries and resolve issues. Modern businesses are faced with numerous sources and types of communication which they can utilize to their advantage. A set of technology they can use to harness today’s multiple communication channels is call center software.  Examples:  Zendesk, Five9,Talkdesk © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 11
  • 12. VOIP – ETHERNET/WI-FI  VoIP is the technology that converts your voice into a digital signal, allowing you to make a call directly from a computer, a VoIP phone, or other data-driven devices. Simply put, it's phone service delivered over the internet. Considerations include whether our business connection is Wi-Fi or ethernet. If using a desktop application in the business setting, using an ethernet connection, particularly for telephony applications, works best.  Examples:  Skype, WhatsApp,Vonage © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 12
  • 13. PBX (VIRTUAL / ON PREMISE)  PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, which is a private telephone network used within a company or organization. The users of the PBX phone system can communicate internally (within their company) and externally (with the outside world), using different communication channels like Voice over IP, ISDN or analog. On premise options – Avaya, Cisco. Depending on business needs, the PBX solution can be virtual (online) or on-premise (in a physical location, i.e. server).  Examples:  3CX,VirtualPBX, CloudTalk © Persist Group. • 19. APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (API)  API is the acronym for Application Programming Interface, which is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. Each time you use an app like Facebook, send an instant message, or check the weather on your phone, you're using an API. An API is a way to programmatically interact with a separate software component or resource. Unless you write every single line of code from scratch, you’re going to be interacting with external software components, each with its own API. Even if you do write something entirely from scratch, a well- designed software application will have internal APIs to help organize code and make components more reusable. And there are numerous public APIs that allow you to tap into functionality developed elsewhere over the web.  Types of API:  Private APIs. These application software interfaces are designed for improving solutions and services within an organization. In-house developers or contractors may use these APIs to integrate a company’s IT systems or applications, build new systems or customer-facing apps leveraging existing systems.  Partner APIs. Partner APIs are openly promoted but shared with business partners who have signed an agreement with the publisher. The common use case for partner APIs is software integration between two parties. A company that grants partners with access to data or capability benefits from extra revenue streams.  Public APIs. Also known as developer-facing or external, these APIs are available for any third-party developers. A public API program allows for increasing brand awareness and receiving an additional source of income when properly executed. There are two types of public APIs – open (free of charge) and commercial ones. © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 19
  • 20. CUSTOM/BESPOKE SOFTWARE  Custom software development is the designing of software applications for a specific user or group of users within an organization. Such software is designed to specifically address these users' needs better than more traditional and widespread off-the-shelf software can.  Examples:  Company-facing / Customer-facing web portals. E-commerce software solutions. Bug tracking software. © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 20
  • 21. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE  Document management, often referred to as Document Management Systems (DMS), is the use of a computer system and software to store, manage and track electronic documents and electronic images of paper-based information captured through the use of a document scanner. Oftentimes, document management systems allow users to enter metadata and tags that can be used to organize all stored files.  Examples:  Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 21
  • 22. INSTANT MESSAGING SOFTWARE  Messaging software provides a convenient, flexible and structured way to build communication into software applications. Instant Messaging enables secure, real-time communication and collaboration, combining presence awareness with instant messaging capabilities such as chat, conferences, alerts, news, polls, and file transfers to create a rich collaborative environment. Instant messaging technology is a type of online chat that offers real-time text transmission over the Internet. Short messages are typically transmitted between two parties, when each user chooses to complete a thought and select "send". Some IM applications can use push technology to provide real-time text, which transmits messages character by character, as they are composed. More advanced instant messaging can add file transfer, clickable hyperlinks,Voice over IP, or video chat.  Examples:  Microsoft Teams, Zoho Cliq, Skype © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 22
  • 23. UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS (UCC)  Unified communications (UC) is a business and marketing concept describing the integration of enterprise communication services such as instant messaging (chat), presence information, voice (including IP telephony), mobility features (including extension mobility and single number reach), audio, web & video conferencing, fixed- mobile convergence (FMC), desktop sharing, data sharing (including web connected electronic interactive whiteboards), call control and speech recognition with non-real- time communication services such as unified messaging (integrated voicemail, e-mail, SMS and fax). UC is not necessarily a single product, but a set of products that provides a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple devices and media types. In its broadest sense, the UC can encompass all forms of communications that are exchanged via a network to include other forms of communications such as Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and digital signage Communications as they become an integrated part of the network communications deployment and may be directed as one-to-one communications or broadcast communications from one to many.  Examples:  Persist, GoToConnect, Bitrix24 © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 23
  • 24. VOICEMAIL DROP  Ringless voicemail, also called a voicemail drop, is just what it sounds like: it allows you to “drop” a voicemail message into someone's phone, without their phone actually ringing. It is a method in which a pre- recorded audio message is placed in a voicemail inbox without the associated telephone ringing first. There are two methods of ringless voicemail delivery: First, true ringless technology connects directly with mobile phone voicemail systems via a server-to-server connection while the second method involves pinging a mobile phone via two simultaneous calls placed in which one of the calls is routed to the voicemail box.  Examples:  SlyDial, Drop Cowboy, RingDNA,VoiceLogic © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 24
  • 25. ALL-IN-ONE BUSINESS SOFTWARE (COMBO)  All in one software is software that combines all the necessary business functions in one platform. When you have multiple programs from different software vendors, employees often end up entering the same data in different systems. For instance, you may have to enter the same customer information into your CRM and also into your accounting system. That’s wasted effort. You pay for it in higher labor costs, not to mention lost productivity. A single integrated platform eliminates this wasteful duplicated activity.  Examples:  Zoho One, Google GSuite, Microsoft Enterprise, All-in-One © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 25
  • 26. FINANCE SOFTWARE  Financial software or financial system software is special application software that records all the financial activity within a business organization. Basic features of this system not only includes all the modules of accounting software like accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger, reporting modules and payroll but also to explore alternative investment choices and calculate statistical relationships. Features of the system may vary depending on what type of business it is being used for. Primarily, the goal of the financial software is to record, categorize, analyze, compile, interpret and then present an accurate and updated financial dates for every transaction of the business.  Examples:  QuickBooks, Zoho Finance Plus, Oracle Financials Cloud © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 26
  • 27. E-DISCOVERY SOFTWARE  eDiscovery software allows legal professionals to process, review, tag, and produce electronic documents as part of a lawsuit or investigation. The right software can help attorneys discover valuable information regarding a matter while reducing costs, speeding up resolutions, and mitigating risks.  Examples:  Everlaw, Lexis Nexis, Logikcull © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 27
  • 28. WHAT ISTHE CLUBHOUSE APP? This new platform lets people chat in real time, share stories, collaborate, and bounce ideas off each other using their voice without the need for a lot of other equipment. But what really sets Clubhouse apart is the exclusivity. While we tend to measure a social media platform’s success through the number of active members logging in and using that platform every day, Clubhouse has been seeing success as Silicon Valley’s social hot spot. The limitations on invitations have only fueled its appeal among entrepreneurs and business elites. © Persist Group. All Rights Reserved. 28
