 A leading global information and measurement company needed a new grid environment to provide
scalability, increase their ability handle more models, and to extract data from Hadoop. Retained
existing models while creating a new environment that allows for non-disruptive expansion, resolved
time-to-market challenges, and provided better workload management and more predictable costs.
 An international footwear designer needed enhanced forecasting in key areas. Implemented the SAS
Forecast Server to dramatically improve product forecasting for retail stores up to 52 weeks in
advance. Scaled to 40M time series forecasts within a very short time window, and lowered the
