a) Project Description
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is an American manufacturer and marketer of prestige
skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products.
Estee sales team currently faces several challenges as it enables its sales process with a
SAP 3.X legacy system which provides scattered client insights, manages contacts and
activities but not sales, is disconnected from the sales process.
So, Estee has undertaken an initiative to transform processes and the supporting
technology platform for its global Retail Distribution business. HANA Cloud has been
selected as the go-forward BI technology solution. The Project will provide detailed
design for the BI solution and related system architecture, as well as implement a
working platform for Estee Lauder Retail Distribution Team.
b) Contribution
 Gathered business requirements from client with the help of onshore lead.
 Created DDL scripts & calculated the total estimation required for analysis,
design, build and testing phase.
 Got trained on AGILE methodology and learnt about SCRUMS. Adopted
AGILE way of working & accomplishing tasks defined in SPRINT stories.

systems into our staging area and then moved it to desired repositories.
