containing this suite, recorded by Ekaterina Mechetina, in album Schedrin Shakhidi ,

perform each piece separately, and he also mentioned attacca at each end of the
movements. In this suite, Shchedrin developed a compositional technique that
reintroduced the pitches of a single motive continuously throughout one movement,
