Legendary Pictures would be a suitable company to market and distribute the film Redemption. As a large production company known for action films with deep plots, Legendary Pictures' experience aligns well with the film. They have successfully marketed and distributed many action and crime films. Having Legendary Pictures handle distribution would take pressure off the filmmaker's small independent company. However, Legendary Pictures may not invest a large budget since the film lacks famous actors or directors, limiting its distribution.

This is a presentation that I prepared for the the National Agri-Marketing Association conference on "Trends in Agriculture" in Kansas City, Missouri on November 11, 2009.
The content is primarily based on a case study surrounding my family's 2009 Harvest of our pinot noir grape crop in Oregon's Willamette Valley (just outside of Junction City).
It has been wonderful to combine my current vocation as a digital / social media strategist with the ability to help my family both on the farm, as well as from a distance.
This was a keynote address to Food and Farm Care in Saskatoon, SK Canada, December 14, 2016. The talk centered on strategies for ag producers to be more effective in communication at the public interface about any "hot button" issue in farming and food, issues like hormones, antibiotics, GMO or pesticides. There is a clear method to help the public understand how these technologies work, as well as their relative risk and benefit. A lot has to do with trust. This strategy speaks about these topics as well as how to be an improved voice in social media.

Social media has had a massive impact on events fundraising, both from a supporter and charity perspective. Many event participants use it as their primary route for asking for donations, so this shows how social media can help them raise more and get their sponsors involved, including data on which social media channels perform best. It also looks at how social media can support recruitment and supporter care from a charity’s point of view.

The AgChat Foundation (AgChat.org ) is focused on empowering farmers and ranchers to connect communities through social media platforms. The process of building and sustaining a community is not a project but a process, one that must evolve and adapt. In this session you will learn what engagement approaches have been tried, why partnerships are key, and how to utilize seasonal themes to support community involvement. You will also learn about specific tools (Like DataSift, ThinkUp, and APIs ) to help discover information of value for the community and how the AgChat Foundation evaluates what to use next.

The document discusses effective strategies for agricultural experts to communicate with the public about farming practices. It notes that consumers have concerns about how food is produced but experts have not adequately engaged in the conversation. The key strategies discussed are to lead conversations by emphasizing shared values like food safety and animal welfare, use personal stories to build trust, provide credible sources to back up scientific facts, and engage proactively through social media to shape the public narrative. The goal is for experts to have an open dialogue to increase understanding of new technologies and address misinformation.

PETA's current marketing strategy focuses on shock advertising, but this is becoming less effective and invites more criticism than support. The document proposes a new inclusive strategy focusing on positive messaging to attract different audience groups like "passion groups", "pseudo players", and "prosumers". The strategy involves using both new media like social networks and traditional media to create awareness, form online communities, organize local events, and promote PETA's causes in a thoughtful way. The goal is to make PETA's brand and messaging more motivating and supportive of its animal welfare goals.

Long-term no-till research can provide valuable insights into crop production over many seasons. This research found that no-till soils generally had higher yields than tilled soils over time. No-till soils had cooler temperatures, held more water after rain, and had different soil biological properties and nutrient stratification compared to tilled soils. The impacts of no-till and fertilizer nitrogen on soil organic carbon and crop yields changed over the 50 years of the study.

Long-term no-till and cover cropping practices increased soil organic matter, microbial activity, and nutrient availability and decreased bulk density compared to conventional tillage systems.

On Storytelling & Magic Realism in Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children, Shame, and ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Salman Rushdie’s novels are humorous books about serious times. His cosmopolitanism and
hybrid identity allowed him access to multiple cultures, religions, languages, dialects, and various modes of
writing. His style is often classified as magic realism, blending the imaginary with the real. He draws
inspiration from both English literature and Indian classical sources. Throughout his works, there is a lineage of
‘bastards of history’, a carnival of shameful characters scrolling all along his works. Rushdie intertwines fiction
with reality, incorporating intertextual references to Western literature in his texts, and frequently employing
mythology to explore history. This paper focuses on Rushdie’s three novels: Midnight’s Children, Shame, and
Haroun and the Sea of Stories, analyzing his postmodern storytelling techniques that aim to explore human
vices and follies while offering socio-political criticism.

CYBER SECURITY ENHANCEMENT IN NIGERIA. A CASE STUDY OF SIX STATES IN THE NORT...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Security plays an important role in human life and endeavors. Securing information and
disseminating are critical challenges in the present day. This study aimed at identifying innovative technologies
that aid cybercrimes and can constitute threats to cybersecurity in North Central (Middle Belt) Nigeria covering
its six States and the FCT Abuja. A survey research design was adopted. The researchers employed the use of
Google form in administering the structured questionnaire. The instruments were faced validated by one expert
each from ICT and security. Cronbach Alpha reliability Coefficient was employed and achieved 0.83 level of
coefficient. The population of the study was 200, comprising 100 undergraduate students from computer science
and Computer/Robotics Education, 80 ICT instructors, technologists and lecturers in the University and
Technical Colleges in the Middle Belt Nigeria using innovative technologies for their daily jobs and 20 officers
of the crime agency such as: Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) andEconomic and Financial
Crimes Commission (EFCC). Three research purposes and questions as well as the hypothesis guided the study
on Five (5) point Likert scale. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation for the three
research questions while three hypotheses were tested using t-test at 0.05 level of significance. Major findings
revealed that serious steps are needed to better secure the cybers against cybercrimes. Motivation, types, threats
and strategies for the prevention of cybercrimes were identified. The study recommends that government,
organizations and individuals should place emphasis on moral development, regular training of its employees,
regular update of software, use strong password, back up data and information, produce strong cybersecurity
policy, install antivirus soft and security surveillance (CCTV) in offices in order to safeguard its employees and
properties from being hacked and vandalized.
