Replication Management Making sure replication is running with optimizations as needed
Replication Optimization Reconfigure / Throttle and Monitor
Disaster Recovery Solution Management Ensuring Replication and Backups are Running
Patch Management Installation of New Firmware, BIOS, Updates
Update Management Manage WSUS Server to remove old updates and deploy new updates to the environment as well as end users
Hardware Engineering Designing new hardware systems i.e. Servers to Beacon, VC to Lync
Reporting Compile reports on up time, running conditions, etc.
Research Research new server administration tools and technologies
Upgrade Upgrade of any old hardware by replacing or increasing capacity
Network Administrator
Hardware Administration Install and configure network switches, monitor throughput and power usage
Patch Management Patch new points, and replace patch leads when needed
Troubleshooting Find problems on the connection between switch and termination box
Installation Manage installation of new network points + certification + supervise
