Job responsibilities & Criteria match :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying of upcoming projects for organization, Market Analysis & Survey
Strategizing and recommending top management on the projects based On
market research report
Arrange visits and attend meetings with government authorities when
required for getting sanctions & necessary clearances required for the
projects
Formulating and implementing sales support policies, procedures
and processes.
Checking the feasibility of identified project & preparation of feasibility
report.
Preliminary site investigation & preparation of site investigation report.
Liaison with the Client, Architect/ Consultants on regular basis
Attending Pre-bid meeting & Post bid meeting.
Preparation of presentation on various sectors & projects depending upon
the client to be targeted
Support the tender cell in preparation of submittals & presentations.
Preparation of presentation on Business development activities.
Co-ordinate internally with other departments such as Engineering,
Finance, Legal and Human resources on various issues
Updating Database of Business Development related documents
Co-Ordinate with other regions to get inputs on Business Development
activities & maintain up to date database
Preparation of Tender & BD status Report on Monthly basis & updating the
same
Preparation of presentation for Win-Loss Analysis, Quarterly BD Review
2. as and when required
Coordination with site team so as to maintain up to date database of
Photos for site progress
To Assist DGM-BD for Coordinating between all regions & Business
Development Efforts
Understanding Customer requirement & communicating the importance of
the same to Organization
Get access to confidential information so as to give organization distinct
advantage
Active Follow up on future Projects
Client & Competitor Analysis
Computer Skills - MS office is must
