Whenever there is communication
between two people, you have
diversity. In its purest form,
diversity means difference. How
each of us deal with difference is
oftentimes reflected in our
communication style.

I believe that communication
style is directly related to how an
individual might feel about “self”
and that gaining a deeper
understanding of “self” tends to
help improve one’s communication
style which helps bridge the
diversity gap.

training workshop that is based on historical
context, current issues, and psychological
theories.
