The document defines miracles as events that contradict scientific laws and are attributed to supernatural causes, especially acts of God. It discusses how the New Testament refers to miracles using Greek words that mean "signs", "wonders", and "powers" to indicate their supernatural origin and purpose of confirming divine authority. The document then gives examples of Jesus' miracles from the book of Matthew, such as healing a leper and a centurion's servant, and summarizes that the miracles had instant and complete results, even when people had varying levels of faith.

Key findings from the 2013 edition of Education at a Glance - Andreas Schlei...EduSkills OECD
Some 10 years ago, we lived in a very different world in which education systems tended to be inward-looking , where schools and education systems typically considered themselves to be unique and to operate in a unique context that would not allow them to borrow on policies and practices developed elsewhere.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

a
Leper
When
he
came
down
from
the
mountain,
great
crowds
followed
him.
And
behold,
a
leper
came
to
him
and
knelt
before
him,
saying,
“Lord,
if
you
will,
you
can
make
me
clean.”
And
Jesus
stretched
out
his
hand
and
touched
him,
saying,
“I
will;
be
clean.”
And
immediately
his
leprosy
was
cleansed.
And
Jesus

to
him,
“See

7. Heals
Centurion’s
Servant
When
he
had
entered
Capernaum,
a
centurion
came
forward
to
him,
appealing
to
him,
“Lord,
my
servant
is
lying
paralyzed
at
home,
suffering
terribly.”
And
he
said
to
him,
“I
will
come
and
heal
him.”
But
the
centurion
replied,
“Lord,
I
am
not
worthy
to
have
you
come
under
my
roof,
but
only
say
the
word,
and
my
servant
will
be
healed.
For
I
too
am
a
man
under
authority,
with
soldiers
under
me.
And
I
say
to
one,
‘Go,’
and
he
goes,
and
to
another,
‘Come,’
and
he
comes,
and
to
my
servant,
‘Do
this,’
and
he
does
it.”
8. When
Jesus
heard
this,
he
marveled
and
said
to
those
who
followed
him,
“Truly,
I
tell
you,
with
no
one
in
Israel
have
I
found
such
faith.
I
tell
you,
many
will
come
from
east
and
west
and
recline
at
table
with
Abraham,
Isaac,
and
Jacob
in
the
kingdom
of
heaven,
while
the
sons
of
the
kingdom
will
be
thrown
into
the
outer
darkness.
In
that
place
there
will
be
weeping
and
gnashing
of
teeth.”
And
to
the
centurion
Jesus
said,
“Go;
let
it
be
done
for
you
as
you
have
believed.”
And
the
servant
was
healed
at
that
very
moment.

10. The
apostles
returned
to
Jesus
and
told
him
all
that
they
had
done
and
taught.
And
he
said
to
them,
“Come
away
by
yourselves
to
a
desolate
place
and
rest
a
while.”
For
many
were
coming
and
going,
and
they
had
no
leisure
even
to
eat.
And
they
went
away
in
the
boat
to
a
desolate
place
by
themselves.
Now
many
saw
them
going
and
recognized
them,
and
they
ran
there
on
foot
from
all
the
towns
and
got
there
ahead
of
them.
When
he
went
ashore
he
saw
a
great
crowd,
and
he
had
compassion
on
them,
because
they
were
like
sheep
without
a
shepherd.
And
he
began
to
teach
them
many
things.
11. And
when
it
grew
late,
his
disciples
came
to
him
and
said,
“This
is
a
desolate
place,
and
the
hour
is
now
late.
Send
them
away
to
go
into
the
surrounding
countryside
and
villages
and
buy
themselves
something
to
eat.”
But
he
answered
them,
“You
give
them
something
to
eat.”
And
they
said
to
him,
“Shall
we
go
and
buy
two
hundred
denarii
worth
of
bread
and
give
it
to
them
to
eat?”
And
he
said
to
them,
“How
many
loaves
do
you
have?
Go
and
see.”
And
when
they
had
found
out,
they
said,
“Five,
and
two
fish.”
Then
he
commanded
them
all
to
sit
down
in
groups
on
the
green
grass.
So
they
sat
down
in
groups,
by
hundreds
and
by
fiRies.
12. And
taking
the
five
loaves
and
the
two
fish
he
looked
up
to
heaven
and
said
a
blessing
and
broke
the
loaves
and
gave
them
to
the
disciples
to
set
before
the
people.
And
he
divided
the
two
fish
among
them
all.
And
they
all
ate
and
were
sa5sfied.
And
they
took
up
twelve
baskets
full
of
broken
pieces
and
of
the
fish.
And
those
who
ate
the
loaves
were
five
thousand
men.
