Enoch walked with God for 300 years and was then taken by God so that he did not experience death. Walking with God signifies agreeing to go in the same direction and stay on the same path at the same pace as God, guided by His voice and light. It means acting justly, loving mercy, and humbling living in love as God loves, with faith that He exists and will reward those who seek Him.

Chapter 7 of "Bible Basics" a Bible study manual, dealing with the origin of Jesus as the descendant of David and Abraham, deconstructing the Trinity and the idea that Christ pre-existed as a person before His birth.

What are three things you would like said in the eulogy given at your funeral? Or, what are three things you would most like to be remembered for? Why is life sometimes described as a journey and a relationship as a “walk” with someone? What does it mean to walk with God? Describe your walk with God.
When did Enoch begin walking with God? What event precipitated your journey with God? Explain. Did Enoch die like all humans or did God take him to Heaven before he died because he walked with him? How is God’s taking Enoch a type or picture of the rapture or the believer’s resurrection?

Both the Father and Jesus called themselves the Alpha and the Omega. Hebrews says their throne will be forever. Together, they worked to reconcile the world to God.

We know the dictionary definition of worship (a feeling, or devotion to a deity), and we have read John 4:24, "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth"; but, what does the Bible teach us about the subject of worship? This is a series of lessons that gets to the heart of worship and what it really means for Christians.

Renewed in Grace
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
2. Hebrews 11:5-6 (NIV)
By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that
he did not experience death; he could not be
found, because God had taken him away. For
before he was taken, he was commended as
one who pleased God. And without faith it is
impossible to please God, because anyone
who comes to him must believe that he exists
and that he rewards those who earnestly seek
him.
3. Genesis 5:21-24 (NIV)
When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became
the father of Methuselah. And after he
became the father of Methuselah, Enoch
walked with God 300 years and had other
sons and daughters. Altogether, Enoch lived
365 years. Enoch walked with God; then he
was no more, because God took him away.
