My responsibilities so far included the implementation of various logistics and supply chain solutions,using
training & coaching tools based on LEAN / KaiZen methodology, such as WMS, quality and safety upgrades,
personnel recruitment and selection, purchase of equipment, cost savings, overall improvement
management based on LEAN and SIX SIGMA, the financial management varied from 250K to 25M, and I was
responsible for a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 300+ FTEs.
I have been active in countries such as Germany, Norway, Canada, the US and Japan, spanding more than 3
