- 1. Jed Sternberg TO WHOMIT MAY CONCERN, I am an experienced professional who has worked in the fast paced collections industry for over 17.5 years, all for one company, Kimball, Tirey and St. John. Most of my time for the firm was spent as the firms collection manager. As the manager I mentored, coached and ran the day to day operations for a staff of between 20 - 24 collectors. I handled escalated calls and conflict resolution whereby my goal was to either settle an account or set up payment terms for the debtor on the phone to thereby preserve their rental history and keep the account out of collections and or satisfy their past due accounts to enable them a path towards housing. Kimball, Tirey, and St. John is a landlord/tenant law firm that collects on both pre-judgment and post judgment accounts. My current goal is to use the tools and skills forged through my past work experience to add value to your organization. Those skills include attention to detail, driven work ethic, excellent communication/negotiation skills, organization and documentation to name a few. I am seeking a full time position.
