Ran a challenging NCAA Division I (highest level) soccer program in the Southern Conference. Was successful in
creating the best program in history. Awarded conference “Coach of the Year” voted on by peers. Made use of
limited funds while competing against fully funded programs. Motivated twenty plus team members throughout the
year while guiding them to reach their personal best through coaching, monitoring, training, mentoring, and meeting
for evaluations. Coached numerous “Player of the Year”, “All Conference” players and one current National team
player. After reviewing evaluations and tracking, I made decisions on providing raises, continuing finances as is, cutting
funding, or terminating team members. Made quick decisions to secure success while under the stress of competition.
