o Transformed organizational culture by training all staff in a program to enrich interpersonal relationships on a
fundamental level (Capturing Kids Hearts). Raised local contributions so that the training was at no cost to the
organization. This program is still being used by many schools.

currently still in use in multiple districts.

o More than 10 years of leading organizations through difficult negotiations during periods of flat or negative funding
that resulted in freezes and concessions ( -6%) of wages and benefits with union and non-union employee groups
and outside contractors

o Contracted out services that were previously completed by current employees when necessary for organization
