SVQM analyzes RTP video packets traversing an IP network and derives measurement reports that highly correlate to end-user perceived video quality. It works by evaluating each packet loss's impact on the structural integrity of the H.264 encoded video sequence. SVQM provides metrics such as damaged video frame counts, video MOS scores, and other values that better indicate actual user-perceived quality compared to basic RTP statistics.
Hypermedia is a nonlinear medium that includes graphics, audio, video, plain text, and hyperlinks. It is related to electronic literature and was popularized by Bill Atkinson's Hypercard program. Modern hypermedia is delivered via electronic pages from media players, web browsers, and standalone applications. Hypermedia development tools like Adobe Flash and Director can be used to create standalone hypermedia applications with an emphasis on entertainment content. One claim is that hypermedia offers more control over instructional environments to learners and teachers. It can provide language learning information in many formats including text, audio, images, animations and video.

The International Transport Forum has produced a series of reports and discussion papers addressing the interrelated issues of railway structure and performance. The freight movement by rail is issue addressed in this presentation. I have collected data based on research papers published and available on net.I have tried to give credit to all sources in the presentation.
The share of freight movement by rail is hardly 405 or less comparing freigth movement by road. The reason being road transport reaches nearest to destination. Thus to enhance the movement by rail integrated transport scheme is a must. It will definitely reflect on GDP of the country. India is open to all challenges and so other emerging economy.India may deal with situation by commissioning of ongoing Dedicated freight Corridor project.
I hope the esteemed readers will enjoy the presentation with drawn on International research.
1) The document describes Sage's implementation of the ITU-T P.561 standard for In-service Non-intrusive Measurement Device (INMD) testing on its 960 platform. INMD allows for real-time echo characterization by detecting echo levels and delays without interrupting phone calls.
2) For accurate INMD testing, the 960 must be connected to two DS1 spans in "DUAL MONITOR" mode to receive the reference and echo signals. It performs cross-correlation analysis on 256ms signal windows to detect echo presence and characteristics.
3) If echo is detected, the delay between reference and echo signals is measured and the echo level is calculated. Relevant call details like phone
The document describes Sage Instruments' Echo Sounder and Echo Generator tools. The Echo Sounder measures multiple echoes in terms of level and delay to characterize voice quality. It uses a code-domain reflectometry technique to detect echoes with levels below -60 dB. The Echo Generator generates programmable echoes to test echo cancellers and measure network delays and losses. Together these tools provide a way to test and measure important voice quality factors like echoes in telephone networks.
Systems Admin - Landlord Payments ProcessSteve Best
This document provides an overview and instructions for the Landlord Payments interface between an MS Access database and the bluQube finance system at Kingston University. It describes the architecture, data flow, and responsibilities for importing landlord payment data from the Access tables into bluQube for processing. The interface is triggered through an Oracle form and expects a CSV file from the Access database. It creates batches in bluQube and reports on any errors or exceptions. The finance team is responsible for updating the payment instalment dates in the bluQube mappings tables each year to ensure correct processing.

The WRAP® is a self-management and recovery system that helps individuals identify what makes them well and develop an action plan to stay well. It involves creating a WRAP® booklet with sections on developing a wellness toolbox, daily maintenance plans, identifying triggers and early warning signs, crisis planning, and post-crisis plans. The goal is for individuals to be active participants in their care by creating customized wellness tools and plans to manage their mental health in their daily lives and during crises.
This document provides an overview of recovery from mental illness presented by various speakers. It discusses historical views that lacked hope in recovery and modern concepts of recovery as a personal journey involving growth, strengths, and functioning despite symptoms. Recovery principles emphasize hope, meaning defined by the individual, self-management, social inclusion, and identity separate from illness. Treatment focuses on well-being rather than just symptoms and is a collaborative process where the individual directs their care and goals. The residential program described offers a recovery-focused environment over 3-6 months to build skills and independence.

The document is a poem titled "Walking Meditation" written by Hitoshi Tsuchiyama. It consists of 6 sections where the speaker describes different actions and states of being - such as walking, touching, blooming, sitting - while in a meditative state without thinking. Each section emphasizes experiencing the present moment fully without internal mental chatter. The overall message is finding peace and freedom through mindfulness during walking meditation.
The document discusses implicate and explicate order according to Hitoshi Tsuchiyama's theory of body awareness. Implicate order refers to body (matter) enfolding into awareness (mind), while explicate order refers to awareness (mind) unfolding into body (matter). Both orders involve the phenomenal world enfolding or unfolding into the noumenal world through thinking and insight.
The document presents five meditation techniques: flower, mountain, still water, space, and sunshine. The first four are based on the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh and involve breathing in while visualizing being that object, then breathing out while repeating qualities of that object, such as "fresh, fresh, fresh" for flower and "solid, solid, solid" for mountain. The last meditation, sunshine, was created by the author and involves breathing in while visualizing being the sunshine, then breathing out while repeating "love, love, unconditional love" and visualizing shining love to all unconditionally.
All sufferings are caused by separations, discriminations, or duality. That's because the separation between oneself and others cause all afflictions such as fear, anger and despair. And the root cause of such separations and discriminations is thoughts and notions created by human brain. In this book, I will share the "concrete practice methods to stop thinking" and the "concrete practice methods for the extinction of all notions" and explain their details. These methods have been verified through my own experience and many of them are based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, namely the teachings of Buddha. It is my great pleasure if you will awaken true self, touch the wonders of life in the present moment and be filled with peace, joy and happiness through the practice.
The document discusses different levels of self-awareness - ego, temporary true self, and full time true self. Ego is the separate self that is unaware of the interdependence of happiness and suffering. Temporary true self can recognize both positive and negative phenomena but still experiences duality between birth and death. Full time true self has reached enlightenment through realizing the interdependence of all things and experiencing non-duality, resulting in ultimate peace and extinction of all notions. The evolution of humanity involves progressing from ego to temporary true self and ultimately to full time true self.
The document is Hitoshi Tsuchiyama's translation and commentary on the Heart Sutra. It explains that the Heart Sutra aims to guide readers to the non-duality of enlightenment by transcending the duality presented in the Four Noble Truths. It also discusses how interdependent co-arising can help one overcome duality and attain non-duality or emptiness.
