   Océ Business Services’ Workshops at MAILCOM Conference
   Provide Organizations with Document Process Management
             Best Practices and Success Strategies

       Océ sessions examine approaches for boosting operational efficiency,
                containing costs and meeting other business goals

Washington, DC (April 15, 2012) – Océ Business Services, a Canon Group Company
and a leader in business process services, will co-present eight educational workshops
on mail and other document management strategies at the MAILCOM 32nd Annual
Conference and Exposition.

The workshops will spotlight how organizations can reduce costs, streamline their mail,
information and records management processes as well as implement programs that
promote environmental sustainability. To achieve these and other business goals, Océ
experts will highlight the latest industry best practices, technology, career growth
strategies and executive leadership principles.

As an example, one session focuses on improving quality control in mail center
operations. This workshop will highlight why quality control is more important than ever,
how to integrate quality control with existing processes and the differences between
quality control methods such as Six Sigma, TQM and ISO 9000. Another session
spotlights records and information management best practices as they relate to facilities
management and mail services. Participants in this workshop will learn about current
records management technology and key industry issues that professionals are facing in
this arena.

This year’s conference takes place in Washington DC March 15 – 18 at the Marriott
Wardman Park Hotel. Mr. James P. Mullan, CMDSM, EMCM, MDC and National
Operations Manager at Chubb & Son for Océ Business Services, will co-present the
workshops. Mr. Mullan is a past recipient The Franklin Award, which honors leaders
whose contributions maintain the value of mail communications. Scheduled
