workshops on creating more efficient, sustainable mail center operations and managing
career growthas well as host a roundtable on Six Sigma® business performance
management strategies at the National Postal Forum Conference.

One workshopis designed to share insights on implementing sustainable and cost-
effective practices across the document process management lifecycle, which spans
document creation through disposal. Two workshopsfocus on maximizing career
opportunities. Topics in these sessions will include how to create a game plan for
proactively managing career development and how networking enables professionals to
develop contacts that will help them achieve their potential. Additionally, Océ will host a
Peer-to-Peer Roundtable focused on harnessing the power of Six Sigma-based
document performance management methodologies to continuously improve mail center
operations and efficiency.

This year’s conference takes place in Orlando, FLApril 1 – 4 at the Gaylord Convention
Center. Mr. James P. Mullan, CMDSM, EMCM, MDC and National Operations Manager
at Chubb & Son for Océ Business Services, will co-present the workshops and host the
Six Sigma roundtable. Mr. Mullan is a past recipient The Franklin Award, which honors
leaders whose contributions maintain the value of mail communications.Scheduled

   4:30 PM – 6:00 PM, Upper Level, Sun Ballroom, Peer-to-Peer Roundtable: “Six
   Sigma Methodology”
