I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all the support you have given to me, all other team members
and our Executive Board over the past two years. Your commitment to your role as Accounts Officer and the
organisation as a whole has been outstanding.
During the completion of your student volunteer placement in June 2012, an opening evolved within our
organisation for an Accounts Officer. With your prior experience in this field, the Executive Board of Farmsafe
WA decided to offer you this position on a trial basis. As you promptly displayed a very competent level of skills
to undertake this important role, you well exceeded the trial basis to continue in this role for a further two
years. I commend you for this.
The Accounts Officer plays an integral role within our organisation and as Executive Officer, I rely totally on the
skills, expertise and competency of the Accounts Officer to provide me with regular accurate MYOB reports and
the like to support the Financial Management side of the business. Jade, you have worked by my side on this
aspect of the business extremely well and together, we have certainly overcome some unexpected hurdles some
of which were inherited from previous employees. Not only have you excelled in your ability as Accounts Officer,
you have taken on board new challenges including working with our Secretary/Treasurer to compile a more
comprehensive and user friendly budget forecast document.
It is quite clear that the future holds many wonderful and exciting career opportunities for you and I have no
