It is brought to my notice that some employees of the company having poor
attendance go out during the office hours without getting approval from the supervising
staff. You are strictly wanted to stay at your office during office hours. In the event you
want to go out on official duties take an approval from the immediate supervisor. If you
want to take a leave you will have to get a approval and let some other officer to cover
your duty in your absence.
