4. This is an Enterprise Application, the objective of this project is to provide loan against
security of collateral, and the collateral is a borrower's pledge of specific property to a lender, to
secure repayment of a loan.
This Application comprises number of applications
SkipJack :
SkipJack application provides the user an interface to create the Appraisal order received
from the client. Once the orders are created successfully then it can be assigned to a vendor
automatically by system or assigned manually depends on certain criteria. After vendor
assignment, vendor inspects the property/assets and prepare a report called vendor fulfilment.
The application also receives the property fulfillment report from the vendors and sends them to
the client. The jasper reports are also invoked from here. The communication to the clients and
vendor are made through different channels like web services call, mail, fax or web.
Profile and Maintenance :
Profile and Maintenance is used to maintain the user in the SkipJack application, product
set up for clients and assigning rules for client and vendors.
FIF is an integration :
FIF is an integration framework used to pace the integration orders using XML. Once the
orders have been created successfully then SkipJack application start processing by doing
validation, vendor assignment, vendor fulfillment, QC then finally orders get closed.
DocLib :
The document library stores the doc, pdf and other format order reports. This application
stores different types of the reports and invoices of the client and vendors.
