2. Description
FATCA is the acronym for the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. The objective of FATCA is to detect, deter,
and discourage offshore tax evasion by US citizens or residents by requesting information about US Persons to
increase transparency for the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and imposing a withholding tax:
FATCA TRAC is a centralized, automated solution by Dion Global Solutions for handling customer information in
compliance with the FATCA regulations.
The application covers all aspects of FATCA including classification, remediation, withholding and reporting. As
part of this project we have worked on the reporting module to customize and enhance the product as
per BMO requirement.

ADEPT is a comprehensive design and deployment strategy and architecture for the IT infrastructure. This
tool is useful for planning the development environment for software project. It is a way to automate the
