Description
Medco ICROCR Automation deals with reading a fax and processing it appropriately.
Pega consumes XML sent by IBM DataCapture after reading the fax. Pega deals with
two types of faxes called solicited and unsolicited. Pega checks for the status of the
prescription on the fax for solicited faxes. If the prescription is cancelled and needs to be
restarted, then Pega adds corresponding protocols to the prescription depending on the
restart type and sends it for restarting using appropriate service.

This project is about the claims processing for ZNA USA. The user can enter the details
about claims and the system will create corresponding claim Id for him and the claim
details are stored in to the system. Once the claim Id got generated, the claim will
undergo the workflow process and will take different stages/state to get the claim
resolved.
The main goal for this PRPC application is to replace the existing Siebel application due
to maintenance, performance and development costs. This project is the very first
implementation of Pega’s CPMi v1.5.
