ITIL® Release, Control and Validation
1. ITIL® Release, Control and Validation
This ITIL® Release, Control and Validation will enables you to master the key ITIL
processes needed to properly plan for service transitions; assess changes; build, test
and deploy releases; validate changes before they go into production; evaluate the
changes once they are in operation to ensure that the benefits have been realized while
minimizing adverse effects; and transfer the right level of knowledge to the right people,
through effective and efficient Configuration and Knowledge Management systems. The
course is interactive, combining presentation sessions and group exercises, with plenty
of opportunity for questions and discussion. It provides guidance to organizations and
individuals on how to use IT as a tool to facilitate business change, transformation and
growth.
Finally the course will prepare you for the exam leading to the the ITIL Intermediate
Certificate: Release, Control & Validation.
