5. Eligibility Criteria for ITDC
Recruitment 2016
• For Post 1:
• Applicants possess MA in Hindi or English from a recognized
University, with minimum 02nd division and both Hindi and English
as main / subsidiary subjects at Graduation level with 5 years
experience at Executive level in the implementation of Official
Language.
• For Post 2:
• Applicants possess minimum 2nd Class Graduate with 1st Class 2-yrs
PG Diploma in Quality Management. (OR) 1st Class Integrated MBA
(Material Mgmt.) full time.
• The above degrees should be obtained from government recognized
University or Institute. Experience: 2 yrs. relevant experience in a
firm of repute with working knowledge of Computer Application
such as MS / Office etc.

Age Bar:
• For Manager: Maximum age limit is 40 Years.
• For Assistant Manager: Maximum age limit is 45 Years

6. Salary:
• For Manager Post: Salary is Rs-20600 to
Rs-46500 per month.
• For Assistant Manager Post: Salary is Rs-
