I don't mind when their focusing on an aspect of my life that isn't too personal. When they are going into detail about very personal things for everybody to see it does affect me. But I try not to read too much into what is being written. I don't read newspapers or magazines, the only way I know what is being written is when my PR phones me and gives me a small briefing about anything that they think I should know is being published. I don't read anything good or anything bad about myself. That way I stay grounded and don't get ahead of myself.Do you prefer performing solo or with Girls Aloud?I enjoy doing both really. It is sometimes a bit easier performing solo because it isn't as hectic when getting ready in the make-up rooms etc... When with Girls Aloud there's normally 5 of us pottering around a little room, when solo its just me in there. But I do miss the banter we have. Also, there is more pressure when your solo because if you make a mistake, its all on your shoulders, where as when your in the band, there's another 4 girls to back you up. So I can't really choose which I prefer.Do you find yourself weaker during any song's because of personal reasons?I am a very emotional person anyway, and I do usually, really listen to songs and take in their lyrics and try to give them a meaning. I think that would have to be, snuggled up on the sofa in something comfy with a cup of tea, either some bisquits or a Curly Wurly, with my dogs, watching the soaps or a good light hearted film.How do you like to relax?Erm, I relax by either having a night in with my either my family, or some of my close friends and have a good laugh and let our hair down, or having a night in snuggled up with my dogs.“A Good Night In For Me?”With Dannii Minogue, did you feel that Simon Cowell made the wrong decision by considering to axe her?I don't think Simon would do that really... Not permanently anyway. I think if he ever considered it, it would have only been for this year. However I can tell you Dannii has signed a contract which means she will join in the later stages of boot camp/judges houses stages. However I don't know the ins and outs of their contract because that’s strictly between Simon and Dannii. Simon knows what he is doing and knows Dannii is excellent on the show and he would receive lots of negative press and backlash if he would have axed her. She is a brilliant and important part of the show.Do you think that fame has changed you in any way?Of course, fame has brought lots of positives money wise, but that is not why I do the job. I do my job because it is a passion of mine, I have always had a strong love for music whether it would be dancing or singing. So it has changed me by giving me the opportunity to have luxuries that I wouldn't have had before, however It hasn't changed me as a person at all. I am still just like anybody else when I'm at home.Kylie or GaGa?Erm, that's a tough one because I think they both have different sounds and styles of music and I enjoy both of them. I think I would probably say I prefer GaGa's music but I have a lot of respect for the both of them.

Definitely the promo tour.Do you like Kylie Minogue?Of course I like Kylie Minogue, but I wouldn't say I know her on a personal level, but I admire the work she has done as do most women. She is an inspirational woman who has done a lot of hard work over the years. I have a lot of respect for Kylie.Do you get together with the rest of Girls Aloud a lot?Yes, Nicola, Kimberley, Sarah and I get together regularly, occasionally have a couple of glasses of wine when we do, Nadine is out in LA working on her solo music so we haven't seen much of her lately but she is still very much part of the band and we can't wait until she has done her music so we can get back togetherWould you rather snog or punch Simon Cowell?Erm, neither ha ha. I don't think it would be the wisest thing I'd ever have done if I was to punch him because I don't think I'd have my place on the X Factor for much longer if I did and he's a nice guy so I can't imagine punching him. Yay!!Everything Is Beautiful‘Beaut-iiiiiif-ulllll’ – A perfect intro to a beautiful track from the album. Probably the most ballad like track and definitely a favourite with infectious lyrics and a contagious beat! ****Too MuchAww, you feel like crying at the deep lyrics. It’ sad. You want to hug Kylie, despite not fitting in with the rest of the album, Too Much somehow works, and works well! ****All The LoversA fantastic piece of dance, perhaps on par with Confide In Me, All The Lovers is both fast and slow paced and is a pure 100% Kylie song! ****Get Outta My WayGet Outta My Way is one of the albums stand out tracks and has already been confirmed as a single. In a word – Wow! With a futuristic beat, and pop Kylie back, this looks to be the anthem to carry us out of the summer and into autumn, definitely one of the best tracks on the album, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it! *****AphroditeAphrodite is probably written about Kylie’s return to grace, with lyrics such as ‘Can You Fit Me On Stereo?’ and ‘I Was Gone And Now I’m Back, It’s A Truth, It’s A Fact’. What a beautiful track, which fits in with this Kylie era perfectly. *****Cupid BoyWho could this be written about? Perhaps the most camp song on the album, Cupid Boy is the ‘OK, let’s hit the dance floor!’ track. It’s simplicity works. *****Looking For An AngelPerhaps a more mature version of ‘Under The Influence of Love’, Looking for an Angel is the perfect fit for the album, exposing the mature Kylie and showing her candid side, which is very rare for one of her songs. ****IllusionIllusion slows things down a bit, before sound effects reminiscing Fever. Kylie slows down a bit, barely singing, more speaking. Perhaps this would have worked better on the Fever album? ***Put Your Hands UpPerhaps some of the deepest lyrics on the album? Starting up sounding as a ballad, Put Your Hands Up surprises you in the chorus with a full on disco beat! This track is a slow grower, but again a fantastic piece of pop for the album! ****Can’t Beat The FeelingCompletely different from the Coca-Cola jingle from the 90’s, Can’t Beat The Feeling is the perfect closing song for Kylie’s best album in 13 years. And I mean that, both about the album and the song! *****TOTAL – 50/55 – RATING: A+Better Than TodayDebuted live on Kylie’s North American tour, Better Than Today is fantastic track... but it sounds better live. Not much better though! I love it. It’s marvellous and more pure Kylie pop! Play it full blast out of your bedroom window to unleash it’s true potential!!! *****CloserWith an intro worthy of Star Wars, Closer is the most futuristic tracks on the album, though sadly in my opinion the weakest track on the Aphrodite album. **

This first truck was a red 1952 Ford pickup truck, which was later converted to a silver and blue 1951 Ford Panel Truck. The truck received its name when Anderson, amicably trash talking with his fellow racers, said the now famous line, "I'll take this old junk and dig you a grave with it", a reference to the age of his old pickup in comparison to their relatively modern trucks. 50g butter, melted, plus an extra small knob for the pan

25g butterMethod1. Heat the oven to 110C/gas 1/4, and place 4 plates in to warm. 2. Sift the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl. 3. In a jug, combine the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and whisk together, without worrying too much about any remaining lumps. Tip in the blueberries and stir a little more. 4. Heat a cast-iron frying pan or griddle over a moderate flame. Add a small knob of butter and melt. Ladle in enough batter to make an 18cm round.
