First of all, I gotta say that you are lookin dope as hell in that snap back –sensational, you my
man gotta great sense of fashion, so “……” most of the world are thinking that youre viral and
wantto knowyou thismonthas your musicissurprisinglytoppingthe chartsinthe uk ansdmost
of the people are lovingit,andyou alreadyhave 1.5 m followersontwitter.You must be happy
right?!
(Laughs) ahh god damn thnks my G, yeah the snap back is tygas king lions and I must say that I
can’t believe it all happened so quickly and I feel like the luckiest person to have such an
amazingopportunitytoshare mymusicwith the world. And the fact that I got all this at the age
of 17 makes me even more ambitious and hella hype yo! And motivated for the future years”.
What got you into r&b/hip hop industry?
Hard to say really, I know im the shy person but once my friend said always be confident no
matterwhat fromthenI’ve beenexposed to American hip hop of all sorts through my career in
American idol. As far as UK hip hop goes …that was passed down with a long lasting interest
from one of my friend’s older relative.
How would you describe yourself as an artist?
To be honestIhaven’treallythought toomuchaboutmy style, some people say that im menial
but yet eccentric enough to start a party for myself! Ha-ha ….im just doing something I really
enjoy and im happy to go where it takes me, im not strict or prejudice. I only started rapping
about a year ago, give me another year and then I would give you a better answer.
So please tells us about your new album “sorry”?
-Well,the albumbasicallyrepresentsmylifeatthe minute,and my dreams of me breaking in to the
industry andbecomingasuccessful singer.Itisobviouslymyfirstalbum, so it means a lot to me and
I hope you all enjoy it. Shout out my album boys!
What first got you into music?
-Well Igrew up always listening to music and r&b on the TV, so I decided to join the school’s band,
and the talent show each year to sing. From then on I became obsessed with practicing and then I
developed on to singing and rapping as fast as I could.

2. What famous musicians/r&b stars do you admire?
- I absolutelylike the workof Mc Ren,I thinkhe is a great old school rapper and has that flair trait in
himas he wasthe part of the NWA gang which inspired me that you can be anything if you just put
hard workintoit. I love the ol”classicsof NWA.AndalsoAmerican rapper like Dr.dre and. I am a big
fan of any chart music really.
How would you describe your genre of music?
- I feel like mymusicisprettyswaggy and defines most of my audience. Every song has an element
of a differentgenre andlyrics,andeachsongtellsadifferentpartof mylife and the problems I have
faced.
Have you gained any famous friends?
-Well Ihave a fewnumbers in my phone! I am friends with the gorgeous Rita Ora, and I sometimes
speak to Terrance Howard from empire; it is crazy.
How have you dealt with your recent rise in to superstardom?
-It is so surreal. It hasn’t sunk in yet that people are shouting my name. I guess I am just so
lucky, and I am so grateful for my fans support. I just never, ever imagined this would actually
happen to me.
Afterthe successof your first album, who do you plan to work with on your second? Could you
give “my magazine name” an exclusive?
-I would love too but I am not too sure myself yet. There are some names that I would love to
performwith,butitdependsif theywantme.Itwouldbe an honor.I wouldlove to share a song
with snoop dogg or Eminem.
Finally, is it true you are doing a UK tour this anytime this year?
-Yes!It is true, I am so excited! The tour dates are yet to be announced but when they do I will
