2. TASK
We are tasked with executing a search warrant at the former College of West
Anglia, Wisbech.
We have level 1 intelligence that indicates five suspects are manufacturing and
supplying Class A drugs. This intelligence states that a new shipment of pre-
cursors will be delivered today.
Information from the Regan Intelligence Unit indicates all five suspects may be
armed and extremely dangerous.
DON’T APPROACH
THEM ALONE.

3. OBJECTIVES
• Arrest all suspects once they have taken delivery of the pre-cursor
chemicals at the factory
• Gather evidence
• Send a message out to the public that we are taking positive action against
drugs

4. SITUATION
Intelligence indicates a probable large-capacity drugs factory
has been established at the former College of West Anglia,
Wisbech. The five primary targets are believed to be on the
premises along with up to 10 others, also suspected of being
involved. The primary targets are understood to be armed and
extremely dangerous. Information received suggests a strong
possibility of a consignment of pre-cursor chemicals being
delivered to the site later today.

10.  Carry out a dynamic entry into the building.
 Contain and make the area safe for local.
 Cease and Capture the class A drugs and the
suspects.

11.  All teams to meet at Assembly Point for final equipment checks.
 Intelligence updates and briefing.
 Containment teams 1 and 2 covert move to cover entrance/exits to site.
 Entry teams 1 and 2 make covert move to initial entry points.
 On Command approval dynamic entry performed.
 India-99 to take covering position 1,000ft above main field with cameras.
 Containment teams move forward to secondary over-watch points.
 Local Police take control of site entrance/exits.
 Entry teams clear building and detain suspects.

12. TIMINGS
Intelligence suggests the shipment will be arriving at
approximately 1300 on Wednesday 25th December 2013.
All operational timings are taken from arrival time (Alpha
Time).
