الوثيقة تتناول العقيدة الإسلامية وتؤكد على وحدانية الله وصفاته الفريدة، مشددة على أن الله لا يشبه مخلوقاته ولا يحتل مكانًا معينًا. كما تتضمن كلامًا عن صفات الله وأهمية الابتعاد عن أي تشبيه له بمخلوقاته، مما يوجب على المسلمين أن يتبعوا العقيدة الصحيحة وفقًا لما ورد في القرآن والسنة.

2. ‫ل إله إل ال محمد رسول ال‬
No one is God Except Allah
Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
Upon it we shall live
Upon it we shall die
Upon it we shall resurrect insha’Allah

3. ‫ال أكبر‬
Allah is Great

4. ‫سبحان ال والحمد ل‬
‫ول اله ال ال وال أكبر‬
Subhanallah
wal-Hamdulillah
Wa La ilaha illallah
Wa-llahu Akbar

5. : Allah said
‫ليس كمثله شئ وهو السميع البصير‬

َ ‫ا َ ا َ ئش ِ ِلْئش ِ ئش ِ ٌ ا َ ُ ا‬
:Surat ash-Shura, ayah 11 means
There is nothing like Him}
(Allah) and He has the attribute
{of Hearing and Seeing

The Messenger of Allah
:Sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam) said which means )
Allah existed eternally and
.there was nothing else
Related by Al-Bukhariyy, al-Bayhaqiyy and Ibn al-Jarud

7. ‫جل اهلل‬
َّ
Allah is Glorified
The Self of Allah does not resemble the self of the creations
His Doings do not resemble the doings of the creations
His Attributes do not resemble the attributes of the creations
Allah created the bodies, He is not a
body
He created the souls, He is not a soul
He created the lights, He is not a light

8. ‫اهلل سبحانه وتعال ى ل يشبه شيئا م ن خلقه‬
Allah the Exalted
does not resemble
any of his creations

9. :Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal and Dhunun al-Misriy said
)‫(مهما تصورت ببالك فاهلل بخل ف ذلك‬
:Which means
Whatever you imagine in
your mind, Allah is different
.from it
This mean Allah does not resemble the creations in anyway, what you imagine in your
.mind is created, Allah is the creator, He existed when nothing else existed

10. ‫اهلل موجود بل مكان‬
Allah Exists,
Without a place
Not sitting on the throne, or in the sky as the Jews claim nor everywhere

11. ‫قالنع الامامنع علينع رضينع النع عنه‬
‫كاننع النع ولنع امكاننع نع وهونع الننع علىنع امانع عليهنع كان‬
‫وقالنع ايضا:نع اننع النع خلقنع العرشنع اظهارانع لقدرتهنع نع ولمنع يتخذهنع امكانانع لذاته‬
‫‪Imam ^Aliyy, the fourth of the caliphs, said which‬‬
‫نع ‪was‬نع ‪there‬نع ‪and‬نع ‪eternally‬نع ‪existed‬نع ‪“Allah‬نع :‪means‬‬
‫نع ,.‪i.e‬نع ,‪was‬نع ‪He‬نع ‪as‬نع ‪is‬نع ‪now‬نع ‪He‬نع ‪and‬نع ,‪place‬نع ‪no‬‬
‫‪place‬نع ‪a‬نع ‪”without‬‬
‫نع ‪a‬نع ‪as‬نع ‪Throne‬نع ‪the‬نع ‪created‬نع ‪“Allah‬نع :‪He also said‬‬
‫نع ‪the‬نع ‪create‬نع ‪not‬نع ‪did‬نع ‪He‬نع ‪and‬نع ‪Power‬نع ‪His‬نع ‪of‬نع ‪sign‬‬
‫‪it‬نع ‪on‬نع ‪sit‬نع ‪to‬نع ‪”,Throne‬‬

12. ‫قالنع الامامنع العظمنع ابونع حنيفهنع رضينع النع عنه:‬
‫نع نع نع نع أنىنع يشبهنع الخالقنع امخلوقه‬
‫َّ‬
‫:‪Imam Abu Hanifah the Great said‬‬
‫نع ‪not‬نع ‪does‬نع ‪Creator‬نع ‪the‬نع ‪“Certainly‬‬
‫‪creations‬نع ‪his‬نع ‪”resemble‬‬

13. ‫قالنع الامامنع الطحاوينع السلفينع رضينع النع عنهنع عننع النع تعالى:‬
‫وتعالىنع عننع الحدودنع والغاياتنع والركاننع والعضاءنع ‬
‫والدواتنع لنع تحويهنع الجهاتنع الستنع كسائرنع المبتدعات‬
‫‪Said‬نع ‪as-Salafiy‬نع ‪at-Tahawiyy‬نع ‪Ja^far‬نع ‪:Abu‬‬
‫نع ,‪boundaries‬نع ‪all‬نع ‪of‬نع ‪clear‬نع ‪supremely‬نع ‪is‬نع ‪Allah‬‬
‫“‬
‫نع .‪instruments‬نع ‪and‬نع ‪organs‬نع ,‪sides‬نع ,‪extremes‬‬
‫نع -نع ‪Allah‬نع ‪contain‬نع ‪not‬نع ‪do‬نع ‪directions‬نع ‪six‬نع ‪The‬‬
‫‪things‬نع ‪created‬نع ‪all‬نع ‪to‬نع ‪attributed‬نع ‪are‬نع ‪”these‬‬

14. :‫وقالنع رضينع النع عنهنع ايضا‬
‫وامننع وصفنع النع بمعنىنع امننع امعانينع البشرنع فقدنع كفر‬
‫نع فمننع ابصرنع هذانع اعتبرنع وعننع امثلنع قولنع الكفارنع انزجرنع وعلمنع انهنع بصفاتهنع ليسنع كالبشر‬
: ‫نع‬At-Tahawiy ‫نع‬also ‫نع‬said
Anyone ‫نع‬who ‫نع‬attributes ‫نع‬to ‫نع‬Allah ‫نع‬attributes ‫نع‬in ‫نع‬any ‫نع‬way ‫نع‬

the ‫نع‬same ‫نع‬as ‫نع‬a ‫نع‬human ‫نع‬being ‫نع‬has ‫نع‬become ‫نع‬an ‫نع‬
unbeliever. ‫نع‬All ‫نع‬those ‫نع‬who ‫نع‬grasp ‫نع‬this ‫نع‬will ‫نع‬take ‫نع‬heed ‫نع‬
and ‫نع‬refrain ‫نع‬from ‫نع‬saying ‫نع‬things ‫نع‬such ‫نع‬as ‫نع‬the ‫نع‬
unbelievers ‫نع‬say, ‫نع‬and ‫نع‬they ‫نع‬will ‫نع‬know ‫نع‬that ‫نع‬He, ‫نع‬in ‫نع‬His ‫نع‬
. ‫نع‬Attributes, ‫نع‬is ‫نع‬not ‫نع‬like ‫نع‬human ‫نع‬beings
So: ‫نع‬The ‫نع‬one ‫نع‬who ‫نع‬attributes ‫نع‬to ‫نع‬Allah ‫نع‬any ‫نع‬of ‫نع‬the ‫نع‬attributes ‫نع‬of ‫نع‬the ‫نع‬creations, ‫نع نع‬belied ‫نع‬

the ‫نع‬Qur’an, ‫نع‬and ‫نع‬that ‫نع‬is ‫نع‬blasphemy. ‫نع‬Anyone ‫نع‬who ‫نع‬falls ‫نع‬in ‫نع‬blasphemy ‫نع‬whether ‫نع‬
blasphemous ‫نع‬beliefs, ‫نع‬or ‫نع‬sayings ‫نع‬or ‫نع‬doings ‫نع‬must ‫نع‬leave ‫نع‬that ‫نع‬blasphemy ‫نع‬and ‫نع‬
.return ‫نع‬to ‫نع‬Islam ‫نع‬by ‫نع‬saying ‫نع‬the ‫نع‬Shahadatayn ‫نع‬again

15. ‫قالنع الامامنع احمدنع الرفاعينع الكبيرنع رضينع النع عنه:‬
‫غايةنع المعرفةنع بالنع اليقاننع بوجودهنع تعالىنع بلنع كيفنع ولنع امكان‬
‫‪said‬نع ‪ar-Rifa^iy‬نع ‪Ahmad‬نع ‪Imam‬نع ‪Grand‬نع ‪:The‬‬
‫نع ‪to‬نع ‪is‬نع ‪Allah‬نع ‪about‬نع ‪belief‬نع ‪ultimate‬نع ‪The‬‬
‫“‬
‫نع ‪the‬نع ‪Allah‬نع ‪that‬نع ‪doubt‬نع ‪a‬نع ‪without‬نع ‪know‬‬
‫نع ‪manner‬نع ”‪“kayf‬نع ‪a‬نع ‪without‬نع ‪exists‬نع ‪exalted‬‬
‫‪place‬نع ‪a‬نع ‪without‬نع ‪and‬نع ‪beings‬نع ‪”of‬‬

16. Note‫تنبيه هام‬
:‫معنى استوى في قول ال تعالى في سورة طه‬
‫وابقى ول يجوز تفسيره على معنى الجلوس كما يعتقد اليهود والنصارى والعياذ بال‬
.‫تعالى ل ن الجلوس من صفات المخلوقين وال منزه ومتعال عن ذلك‬
‫قهر وحفظ‬
Hence Surat Taha, ayah 5, in the Qur'an, does NOT mean
that Allah sits on the throne or that Allah is firmly
established on the throne, rather it means to
.subjugate and preserve the throne
In the Arabic language, the word istawa has fifteen (15) different*
meanings, among of which are to sit, to subjugate, to protect, to
conquer, and to preserve. Because sitting is from the attributes of the
.creations and Allah is clear from that

17. ‫وبعد هذا البيا ن والبرها ن من القرءا ن والسنة وأحبار المة العلم: فمن زعم أ ن ال ساكن في السماء أو‬

:‫جالس على الكرسي فوق العرش أو متحيز في مكا ن أو كشبه ال بخلقه باي كشكل من الكشكال فقد‬
‫عاند القرآ ن وكذب النبي المصطفى العدنا ن وخالف‬
‫اقوال المئمة العلم واصبح بفهمه سقيم‬
After these clarifications and proofs from the Qur’an
and alsunna and the sayings of great scholars, the
one who claims: that Allah resides in the sky, or sits
on the throne, or occupying spaces or places or
:likened Allah to his creations in any way then he
Opposed the Qur’an, and belied the
Prophet, and opposed the sayings of
.the great scholars and negated Islam

18. ‫ثبتنا ال على عقيدة رسول ال وءاله وصحبه‬
‫ولطف ال بنا وبأمة السلم وغفر لنا ولكم‬
May Allah keep us steadfast on the creed
and way of the Prophet and his kind ‘Al
and companions, and may Allah have
mercy upon us and our nation, and
may Allah forgive us

19. ‫انشرها رحمك ال‬
‫لتنال الجر العظيم ول تنسونا من صالح الدعاء‬
