Roles and Responsibilities: - Insures jobs execution to the client satisfaction and to the international safety and quality standards - Implements the division’s Career Development System – CDS, relevant to all the operators & helpers of My cell. - Reviews the utilization of all operators & helpers in his cell monthly through the “Employee Monthly utilization” sheet and use it to improve their performance. - Evaluates the performance of all the operators & helpers annually and record it in the appropriate Appraisal format. - Monitor the condition of the cell equipment and recommend required modifications or upgrading. - Follows up on training and training records of all the operators & helpers in his cell - Assures Application of the safety standards during work in the yard & on job site In Addition To :  Maintenance Duties : - Study and provide all the necessary Spare parts of the workshop and the new equipment required according to the Activity. - Make A Preventive Maintenance Plane for each Equipment. - Record the History Card for each Equipment on SAP & Manually. - Supervise the Maintenance Process on The Yard and assure that Process is act as Manual. - Design An Operation & Maintenance Manual for Each Category of the Equipment. - Responsible for all SAP Orders (PM Modules & Purchasing Modules).  Quality Duties : - Responsible for Equipment Quality. - Responsible for Personnel Quality. - Responsible for Setup Jobs Work Instructions. - Responsible for Setup Risk Assessment. - Internal And External Audits - Personnel Appraisals. - Responsible for NCRs & Accident Reports. - Insure that all Operation Jobs done with high quality through the International standards. Achievements on this Position:  Make a Design for Expensive Spare Parts and fabricate it locally.  Make researches for all the Company Equipment and try to improve it by using Developed Systems.  No Findings during 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014 External and Internal Audits in Maintenance (ARAMCO, GUPCO, BADR EL-DEIN, PSI …. Etc.)
