Collecting old tyres to convert them into new products - bringing the recovery rate from old
tyres in South Africa from 3% to 70% in just 18 months as well as saving lives through
employment to local communities

Walmart – changing the brief
Walmart issued an edict to its distributors demanding that they reduce their
packaging by 5%, saving them $3.4 billion a year in waste disposal costs. A small
change to its plastic bags saved $12 million in 2017, and shortening their customer
paper receipts an additional $7million.
