The student was bored in science class and had to write a 1 page essay about a science topic that night without any ideas. That night, they had a dream where lightning was explained to them in detail, including how it works like a battery and forms the zig zag shape. The dream provided enough information to write an A+ essay the next day about lightning.

2. I was at school so bored in science class, I decided to take a nap. Then I woke up when I heard Mr. Dumbo said, “Tonight’s homework is write an essay about a science topic. It has to be at least 1 page long.” But I had no idea what to write about.

3. That night I decided to go to bed early. But that night I had the strangest dream. q1

4. So I heard you need help with your essay. I can help with that. So what do you think about lightning? COOL!

5. Do you remember seeing clouds in the sky? Do you remember seeing lightning in the sky? Did you ever wonder how clouds do that? These are questions I can help you with.

6. Lightning is like a battery The side with a lump on it is the positive energy. The side without a lump is the negative energy .

7. See the lighting makes a bolt like that by sending negative energy down, and the ground sends positive energy up. That is what makes the yellow zig zaggy line.

8. As you can see the yellow zig zaggy line can burn things once it touches them. So never stand under that yellow line.

9. Do you remember hearing the loud boom after you see that yellow line in the sky. That’s called thunder. This happens from the yellow line’s heat. Did you know that the yellow zig zaggy line is only one inch around. And it’s up to 3,000 busses tall. Also that yellow bolt doesn’t always shoot to the ground, it sometimes goes from cloud to cloud. And it just shoots through the sky sometimes.

10. So did you learn something for your essay tomorrow?

11. That morning I got up and started writing my essay. Later that day I got it graded and it was an A+. I’m sure lucky I had that dream last night huh.
