Liver is the best sources of iron .
Dates are good sources of iron.

5. Haeme And Non Haeme Iron
Haeme iron from animal food is better
absorbed the plant foods .
Non-haeme iron present in cereals
,millets ,pulses , and green leafy
vegetables .
Of cereals , bajra and ragi are very
good sources of iron.
