The document presents the results of an experimental study on the mechanical properties of paver blocks with partial replacement of cement with metakaolin and fine aggregate with red soil. Various mixes were tested with metakaolin replacing cement at 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% and red soil replacing fine aggregate at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30%. The compressive, flexural, and split tensile strengths of the paver blocks were tested at 7 and 15 days of curing. The results showed that compressive strength increased up to 20% replacement of cement with metakaolin and 5% replacement of fine aggregate with red soil, after which the strengths started decreasing with further replacement. Flexural and split tens
