Hi Deshun.
The article you posted does make for interesting reading. However, is
Performance Management still a relevant tool in a world that uses ERP
Systems, IoT and the host of Instant Messaging Tools?
I fundamentally believe that Performance Management must be relegated to
the Stone Age as the modern world requires continuous feedback and not a
singular annual assessment event. Therefore, if I am assessed continuously and
business performance is measured monthly, why can the reward not be paid
monthly?
I would love to engage you further on the topic.
