- Odoo is a one stop shop for a business solution, its integration allows a seamless business workflow. Apps are integrated to add additional functionalities.
- Today we will dive into the appraisal app, at the same time we will see how surveys can integrate to add additional functionality.
- Human Capital is one of the most expensive and valued assets of a company. Providing a consistent and timely feedback will allow the company to be on track to attain its mission and vision. A performance appraisal serve as a two way communication for feedback, this will help the career growth of the employees. Tasks that the appraisal app can help you with: Stored records will serve as a data benchmark for next appraisal. You will be able to set an action plan using goals for the employee to be focused. Last, but not least, it allows you automatically schedule next appraisal, so managers can focus on time sensitive tasks.
- Automatically generate appraisals by setting up a min. time for an appraisal when a employee is hired and and max. time for next appraisal

- Performance Appraisals could be an emotionally charged activity, how do we provide an unbiased feedback as much as possible? 360 Feedback Survey This survey is sent to any specific person in the company to review an employee. It could be a team lead, subordinate and even a self evaluation.
- Goal is feature that allows you to set are an action plan that an employee can achieve prior the next appraisal/review. Goals keep employees engaged and also allows managers to recognize them when completed. It helps to quantify efforts and tasks.
