According to surveys, over 58% of companies hire former interns for new positions and those with internship experience are more likely to receive job offers and at higher salaries than those without. The Graduate Retention Program in Fort Wayne has partnered with over 800 employers to create more than 2700 internship opportunities in Northeast Indiana to help students gain experience and become stronger candidates for employment after graduation.
