CENTRALIZED VOIP
VOIP System can be centralized by the help of VPN routers or Firewalls
1) Only 1 PBX system is required to manage voip of all sites.
2) All Sites are connected through firewalls or vpn routers as explained in
above figure.
3) Remote site users can connect via their phones to central site. All calls
between sites are extension-to-extension.
4) Users in remote site can use their mobile phones also their extensions.
Android and Iphone are supported to work as extension
5) HD Call Quality between sites.
6) Call Recording can be done centrally for all sites
7) Call Logging can be done also centrally.
8) Telephone lines can be dedicated for special branch users so that their
outgoing number remains constant.
9) Central IVR can be added also. User can navigate through IVR and select
which branch user wants to talk to.

11) Centralized automatic call transferring or forwarding can also be

Raid 5 configuration of NAS prevents any loss of data. If hardware fails,
Data can be rebuilt.
Branch Wise folders can also be created with restricted access.
