forms of objectivity is taken into account.
Instead, it takes a first person narrative where
the writer’s perspective is prioritized. This style
was popularized by writers like Hunter S.
Thompson and outlets like Vice Media.
Clickbaits are headlines designed to make
readers want to click on a hyperlink especially
when the link leads to content of dubious value or
interest. This format was popularized by website
like Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, and Gawker Media
(Example: She Voted For Trump and Regrets It.
You Won’t Believe The Reason Why!)

Disruptive Technologies are innovations that disrupt
markets and displace workers involved in said
industries (Example: Uber and the taxi industry,
automated manufacturing and assembly workers, the
Spinning Jenny and the textile industry)
Satellite Cities/Towns are housing developments
outside of main cities to reduce density, as opposed to
a well connected inner city housing developments
Gentrification is the process of renovating and
improving a house or district so that it conforms to
middle-class taste, sometimes increasing property
value in the area
