A. Course Overview
This course is designed to enhance the basic skills and knowledge of rules of the individual
and dual sports. This is also to present an integrated approach to the study by using drills,
exercises, and other activities, which may discover, and develop the physical education
student’s sports skills. Focus is on athletics, badminton, table tennis and laro ng lahi.
Furthermore, it enhances student social relationship with others and their peers.

Introduction to VMGO, Course Outline, Grading System and the Subject
Introduction
The course will be initiated by discussing the core values of CBSUA to the students to the
core. This will involve PVMGOs and Quality Policy. The course outline, grading system, and
class policies shall also be introduced. Getting to know each other is important, this will do
via google meet.
