2. About The Institute
The Institute is located at Kufri, in the
midst of the Himalayas, started as a
Food Craft Institute in the year 1984.
In 1996, Institute was upgraded to
IHM offering a 3 years Diploma in
Hotel Management, affiliated to the
National Council for Hotel
Management & Catering Technology
(NCHMCT) at Noida.
The Radhakrishnan Block of the
institute was inaugurated in 2002.
The Guest House of the Institute was
inaugurated in 2004
The Mahasu Bhawan was
inaugurated by former Chief Minister
Late Sh. Virbhadra Singh in 2016
3. The Institute is running the following Courses:-
• 2-Year M.Sc. Degree In Hospitality & Hotel Administration
Programme.
• 3-Year B.Sc. Degree In Hospitality & Hotel Administration

• One and half year Diploma in Food & Beverage Service.
• One and half year Diploma in Food Production.
