This document introduces ThriveAbility, a framework for maximizing organizational and stakeholder success through a regenerative and inclusive approach. It proposes moving beyond traditional metrics of value-added and shared value. The framework aims to integrate consideration of impacts across six "capitals" - human, social, natural, manufactured, financial, and intellectual capital. It also outlines developing a ThriveAbility index to simplify metrics and incentives for investors. The goal is to accelerate the evolution of organizational mindsets towards true future value for all stakeholders.
