We introduced the role of Customer Success Manager
We created a new Partners/Alliances Team with main objective to grow the Intland Ecosystem
We started the process to establish a local organization in the US (San Francisco) to better serve the local market
We are introducing a new on-boarding services offering for new customers
We established the Intland Academy with remote trainings for our customers
We kicked off the ISO 27001 certification (to be finished mid of 2021)
We continue investing in the robustness of our platform, cloud services, integration and migration tools and improve our support
We continue focusing on regulatory industries
We have successfully reached life science customers with the new product package „Retina”
