Interviewee One used Single Muslim and felt it was 30% good and 70% bad, encountering people with wrong intentions. While Interviewee Two had an average experience on Tinder and made lifetime friends, Interviewee Three felt excitement and nervousness but confidence using Single Muslim. Both Interviewee One and Two would not fully recommend online dating due to negatives, but Interviewee Three would highly recommend it to meet someone approved by family with a matching personality and attraction.
Looking for a 'local plumber' - I choose to ask my Facebook Friends for a recommendation. Lot's of people do. Sure, I still use Google, but not like I used to. But am I alone. I decided to open it up to a wider audience and asked the opinions of others. Turns out that although there are lots of folks like me, there is still a hard core of people who prefer to use local search. In short they'd still like to Google it.
It's hardly the most robust piece of research I've conducted, but as a 24 hour project it worked for me. It reminded me that not everyone thinks like me. The exercise showed me that if you're a local business, marketing to local people - you need to have a social strategy (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.) strategy AS WELL AS a search strategy (Google, Bing & Yahoo). Miss out on one and you miss out. Simple as that.
Many people feel pressured into hiding their feelings out of embarrassment or concern not to burden family or friends. But hiding under a calm exterior only saves the problem for later and stress can build up until it becomes unbearable. Don’t leave it that long.
This is a side project I have been working on. Can we use music to help students recall information. In a fun way of course!
See what you think.
As always, any feedback is really useful.
Thanks
Simon

Job Search Survival Kit -- Nasty People Can Be Tamed --Anthony Hines
The following is a presenation that discusses possible ways to handle people at work who are just plain nasty to be around. Hopefully these tips will help you out if you are dealing with this in the workplace.
Who Am I….I am a hardworking guy who, like many others, found himself out of work during the economic downturn in 2010. After a long battle of wrong turns, job search strategies that led to no where, and dead end leads, I decided to take a more strategic approach to my job search. Like anything else in life, I needed to treat my search like a full-time job and create a plan that would allow me to stand out above the competition. This came in especially handy as I was in transition again in 2017. Basically, I just used the tips that I have shared with others and was out of work a total of ZERO days. Yes, I got a job offer the day after my last day at my previous job. Let me show you how I did it so you too can have a quicker landing than you would have had without my tips.
Why Am I Sharing What Helped Me…because I quickly realized that to handle an event like that is to focus on what you can control and share the experience to help others. I believe that an experience not shared is a lost opportunity in life, and that smart people learn from their mistakes and smarter people learn from other people’s experiences. Plus, I told myself that once I figured this out I would share it with others so that they too could navigate the world of unemployment. In these chapters, I show you how I did it so that you will have the confidence to make it through the process. I hope that this presentation helps you to get your next great job.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.
5. Have you ever used an online dating website? If
yes which sites have you used?
Interviewee one: Yes, Single Muslim.
Interviewee two: Yes I have, Tinder
Interviewee three: Does Single Muslim count?
6. What is your opinion on online dating websites?
Interviewee one: I think that it is only good if it were used for the right
intentions, as you would find that there are some people who are on
them just as a time pass, I would consider this a waste of time
otherwise.
Interviewee two: I think that it is a fast way of dating or meeting people
that have the qualities that you would look for in a person.
Interviewee three: I feel that they are useful if you lead a life where your
social circle is limited and you are unlikely to meet a potential partner.
You have a higher control factor over on the personality of the person
you want to meet.
7. What made you turn to using online dating
websites?
Interviewee one: I wanted to try and find a life partner, as it is a
site where you know everyone is in it for the same reason.
Interviewee two: My busy work life style was the reason behind
me choosing to use online dating sites. I never found the time for
a personal life because everyone I associated with was more
business related than personal.
Interviewee three: I wanted to meet someone that I would be
attracted and have a matching personality to.
8. How would you describe your experience while
using the online dating websites?
Interviewee one: It was 30% good and 70% bad. You’d meet nice people
but then you’d come across people who were just on it for a ‘fling’ or a ‘one
off’, and just the wrong intentions in general. I only used it for a couple of
months and then stopped using it as people were giving the wrong
impressions, which wasn’t what I was looking for.
Interviewee two: I’ve had a good and average experience while using that
site. If not a life partner I have managed to meet some lifetime friendships.
Interviewee three: The feeling I had was of excitement and nervousness
because for me this wasn’t a normal of a previously used method to a meet
a partner, however it gave me confidence that I wasn’t rushed to make a
choice. Also I would interact with potential partners without having to go
through the motions of dating.
9. Would you recommend it to meet other people?
Interviewee one: Well I wouldn’t ever tell people to never use them because there are
people out there who find good life partners through dating sites but solely for
myself and from the experience I’ve had, I wouldn’t use it again and I wouldn’t be
the first to recommend it either.
Interviewee two: I would recommend it, but you must give time and be ready for the
negatives that come with using online dating, as well as the positive as you would
need to be prepared to deal with certain situation that may require… a little more
understanding. I would say that online dating isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, so
according to the type of person I think you are, I may well recommend it.
Interviewee three: I would highly recommend it and have done so on many
occasions to both family and friends. I truly believe that if your intentions are to
meet a certain type of person that you want to be attracted to, connect with mentally
and to some extent that your family would approve of, online dating is the way
forward.
