This document summarizes interviews with two professionals - Sarah Long, an athletic trainer, and Abu Bakarr Bangura, a chemical engineer. Sarah Long received degrees in exercise science and athletic training and works as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Toledo, providing care to football and cheerleading teams. Abu Bakarr Bangura has a degree in chemical engineering and works for BASF developing prototypes for the automotive industry. While their work and responsibilities differ significantly, with Sarah focused on injury prevention and treatment and Abu Bakarr working with chemicals, both enjoy their work and find it engaging rather than feeling like a job. The interviews highlighted how education and passion for their fields allows these professionals to thrive in very different workplace
